Very clean had everything we needed and more. Great location

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday, great communication in getting us settled in, thank you for sharing your home!

The host was friendly and quite responsive. The house was furnished with everything needed and it was very comfortable.

Positive aspects: Clean, kitchen fairly well stocked with pots pans and utensils. Lacking in dishes, but did have special dishes for little ones. Gas stove (i was happy about that). Has many broken and loose tiles. , nice breakfast bar, dining table , reading nook and living space are all comfortable. Smaller than usual refrigerator that had a lot of food in so not muck room for your own.. 3 bedrooms , master has VERY SOFT BED. If soft is not your thing the lazyboys in living room is comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well stocked with towles and TP. Soaking garden tub in master is a dream!. Decorated well and pleasing to the eyes. Hardwood floor throughout so if you have pets bring beds for them. Nice back area fenced for dog run neighbors have lots of dogs so expect them to say hi! Loudly and often. Now for the negitive. Driveway is steep and narrow and difficult to turn around in for larger vehicles. ( if you have crewcab dually, expect difficulity. We swapped out for our Denali xl still narrow but fit, also the jeep Wagoner was extremely tight. The yard had a lot of dog droppings. But was easy to clean before we let ours out... To get into home is a steep ramp not Handicap accessible. . The owners are top notch and were happy to answer any questions. The house is 5 star because of them. You can rent with confidence.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The pictures dont do it justice, it is alot bigger than the pictures make it look. I took my mom and 3 kids and it was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The location is perfect. There is so much to do in that area. Also a 10 min drive from Nevada and this amazing resort next to the river where the kids can swim n play. Theres a movie theater n arcade n plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. Also 20 mins away is oatman and its such a cool area to take the kids. Old saloon n jail, a bunch of wild donkeys to feed and even a cowboy gun show. We had so much fun and already are trying to plan another trip out there and we definitely will be staying here again. The hosts are amazing and great at responding to any questions. Also i must add this since its Arizona heat, their A.C. works amazing ? we wouldnt have made it through that trip without it. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOVED STAYING THERE ❤️
