Our comfortable home is located next to Bullhead City in Ft Mohave, AZ. We are about fifteen minutes to Laughlin, NV and Lake Mohave.
We are in the Desert Lakes Golf Course community within a few miles of Los Lagos Links, El Rio Golf Courses, and Mojave Resort Golf Course which is located at the Avi Hotel and Casino.
There is swimming and boating within a few miles on the beautiful Colorado river with fun and nightlife at the casinos in Laughlin, NV.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025We are returning guests of this home. We have stayed at this property 3-4 times and have never been disappointed. The home is well maintained, in a great neighborhood and close to all the fun yet far enough to get plenty of peace and quiet! We hope to return in the future.

Stayed May 23, 2025The home was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. The backyard is nice for grilling with friends. The location is great for accessibility to Laughlin and Needles. Dirk was a great host and communicated promptly.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023It was a great weekend with Friends, three days on the river and lake. The house was a short drive to the lake and to the river, a perfect place to go to have a few cocktails and rest. The house had everything you need and the beds were comfortable, Dirk the owner was easy to get ahold of and made sure you have all instructions needed.
