Quiet Golf Community Home: 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath W/Private Non-Heated Pool

Everything was clean and ready for us to have a wonderful vacation. The only issue was with the pool heater and it was completely unavoidable and unexpected. The host, Amy, had pool people out immediately to try and resolve the issue but a curcuit board had shorted out and there was not enough time to get replacement parts. Amy was amazing with how much she tried to help remotely and she made it right with me which is why Im still giving full 5 stars for everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!! Amy is the type of host I would want for any future rentals.

I could not have asked for a more perfect property! Very clean, great neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks and walmart. The pool is amazing. The homeowner had very detailed instructions for its use. The best part of the home were the beds and pillows. Very comfy!Thank you Amy for a wonder stay.

This is a great property with a master bedroom and a room with bunk beds to accommodate everyone in the family. We have returned to this property multiple times because it works well for our family. Amy is very responsive and friendly! The home has a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and there are lots of amenities like the Blackstone, towels, games, and toiletries in the shower. The pool is also a good size! We will definitely be back again

This is a really nice place with everything you need for a family getaway. The first thing I noticed is how thorough the property owners documented everything that I needed to know about the property and how seamless they made the checkin process. Once there, this property is just beautiful and clean. We were left with nothing to want. We did some cooking, some BBQ'ing and enjoyed our evenings in the living room. Ample room to park our boat in the evenings. This property is also very close to nearby stores and restaurants. The owners really did think of everything, so I didn't need to. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a fun time staying at the house, there was plenty of pots and pans and dishes and cooking items in the kitchen, which is great. The master bedroom mattress was super comfortable. I slept like a dream. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Excellent property, easy and fast communication with owners, pool was refreshing during the hot weather. A/C worked great and plenty of extra amenities (crib, baby chair, extra blankets etc.) will rent again.

The property was an absolute gem! It was everything and more. Nicely equipped and great location to family.

Property was perfect for us. Clean, beds are firm just an FYI. Quite neighborhood. We were able to put our trailer behind the gate. Which is what i needed. The pool is very kid friendly, it has a two step out ledge that the little kids can have fun on without being in the deeper water.

The house was great! They had a lot of supplies towels clean spacious. Close to a lot. We all really enjoyed it. Would definitely come back here and stay.

My family and a friend with their daughter enjoyed the hell out of this house! My son had a great 4 year old birthday and the two kids enjoyed the bunkbeds.

WOW!! What an experience it started as soon as we walked through the door. My husband and I don't have any human kids but we are Fur Parents ? and needed a home that would accommodate our 1 y/o Puggle and nephews and nieces. Your home definitely delivered. We had a blast. Being at the River all day and coming home to the pool or game night with all the board games. Amazing Thank you again

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is awesome, we had so much fun with our son in it. The Blackstone is such a nice perk! The house is clean and has an open floor plan that works great for family vacations. Amy is a wonderful host. She’s very communicative and accommodating. Looking forward to staying again!
