This is a new house in a very quiet community. There is a pond connected to the back yard. Close proximity to fueling, food, supplies and a golf course near by. Able to park our 26ft boat on its 30ft trailer attached to our 33ft tow vehicle in front of the house. Also parked our truck and jetskis on the driveway. While cleaning our boat the last night in front of the house we were treat to some fireworks from an event near by. The river is just a few minutes away and the lake is about 30 minutes away. Had a very pleasant and restful stay at a brand new house. Owner of the house is very nice and responsive. This home checks all the boxes of what renters would like see when booking online based on pictures and arriving to: super clean house like pictured, well maintained appliances - in this case everything is new, minutes from being able to get any essentials needed, safe clean and secure neighborhood.
