This adorable home has waterviews, and part of a wonderful friendly neighborhood and is available for 3 month minimum after September . Even has a view of a castle house across the street! Sandy beach with sea wall allows walking distance .Ocean Beach is across the street on the other side. Close to Mystic Aquarium/Seaport, Golf, Submarine exhibits, Casinos etc.
We purchased it in 2017, and renovated all rooms with new lighting , second floor laundry, all restored floors, and painting.
4 bedrooms, 2 full up baths upstairs and 1/2 down, 1 outdoor shower, wrap around party porch, grill area and more.
A picture perfect vacation getaway or home away from home.
Features are a fenced in back yard, and off street parking for one car....a neighborhood that is one of the best on the water. Truly special and perfect for a (no more than 8 please) family to enjoy, One oversized master suite with desk and sitting area, balcony, twin bedroom, one queen , one bunk room with new washer and dryer in it. Sleeps 8. Damage deposit required and pets considered. 3 month minimum. We are the owners who use it as our summer home,.
This home is part of Neptune Park Association, with by laws that must be read. Few restrictions, but dogs not allowed on the beach.
