Year Around Beautiful Lake Home on Birch Lake 3 hours from Minneapolis.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property and hope to go again in the future! It was great for all ages. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, swimming and family time!

We enjoyed another great stay at Odie’s Place. Plenty of space for everyone on three levels with a view that can’t be beat. They have thought of everything you need in the kitchen and the extra fridge/freezer in the garage comes in handy. The beach area is great for reading, floating/paddle boarding and camp fires. We enjoyed the patio and deck area as well. Everyone could enjoy a meal together at the huge kitchen table or have multiple games going on at once. Communication with the hosts has always been exceptional. Odie’s Place is truly special.

This property works out perfectly for our family. Everything you need is available whether I the kitchen, the family room or at the beach. Great location, lake and views. We will return again next year!

This beautiful lake home was more than we could’ve hoped for! Very spacious with all of the amenities you need. The lake front property with a beach was just perfect. My family loved it so much and we have already booked again for next year. Can’t wait to go back.

We brought my mom for her 80th birthday; she grew up right down the road on birch lake and it is very special to her. Everything was absolutely perfect and she cannot wait to come back!

Every summer my husband’s side of the Family does a long weekend away together at a rent on the lake. Odie’s Place was an amazing place to stay!!!! They have all the amenities you could need. Bedrooms were comfy, the decks are so nice. Many times we were out sitting and visiting on the deck. The beach was incredible, water was clear for swimming, and the host had plenty of chairs to relax in! There was a fire pit as well on the beach which is always a favorite of mine to be sitting on the beach at night listening to the wave while sitting by the fire.The host is great and very quick to respond. Defiantly a place we would like to stay at again!

This was our third stay at Odie's Place, and we absolutely love it here. The cabin fits our family growing family perfectly. Each of our adult children and their spouses enjoy the location, especially Birch Lake and its proximity to Hackensack and the nearby town of Walker.Odie’s Place is well-stocked, super ammenities and offers the perfect blend of convenience, natural beauty, and comfort. We especially appreciate the lovely beach area, dock, and outdoor gathering spaces. The lake is wonderful, and Odie’s makes it even better!

We absolutely love Odie's Place and would love to come back again for a third time! They have all the kitchen stuff you need, fishing poles/life jackets, beach toys, yard games, indoor board games, movies... the works! Highly recommend! Beautiful views and locations.

This was our third trip to Odie’s Place and once again enjoyed a lovely week despite some cold, rainy weather. The cabin itself is so accommodating with 3 different levels to give everyone some space when spending days indoors and the huge table was perfect for games-we often had 2 games going in at the same time with plenty of space. There are also lots of options for spending time outdoors as well-with a deck, patio with seating and gas fire table and beach area. We brought our boat and enjoyed some time crusading the lake and fishing. We have been renting cabins for over 30 years and these owners have really thought of everything and they are always quick to respond to questions-definitely top notch.
