100+ Remodeled Log Cabin-lake access-private dock

The best VRBO we've stayed in. King bed had a wonderful mattress. Both of us slept well, along with our two little dogs.Extremely helpful host Leon! Helped my partner get his kayak in and out of lake access. Provided all we needed or could have imagined for a great stay.Kitchen had great pots and pans, along with spices, snack goodies, nice dishes, etc. Very nice microwave, along with refrigerator and oven/range, and coffee maker. Even had our favorite coffee--Dunkin!

Super cute & cozy cabin! We really enjoyed our stay. Nice location, and kitchen had everything needed.

This property has been lovingly renovated. The cabin is cozy and very comfortable! There are many lovely details that make a a very unique place to stay.

We had a very relaxing week. We brought our e-bikes and enjoyed almost 100 miles of riding on the various trails in the area. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked.

My husband and I had an awesome stay at Bear Claw Cabin. The property is comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Unique layout of the cabin and attached shower house.Very friendly and informative host. Would book again!

We decided last minute to get away and from beginning to end this was a great experience! Kip & Leon are special hosts and down to earth people! They take pride in their property and rentals! Their cabin was so cute and the decor and layout were perfect and we loved the story behind it! If you are looking for a place that is peaceful, yet an easy drive to everything, this is the place! It was extremely well stocked! We will definitely be back along with our family next time!

This was a superb choice for a quiet getaway. Our hosts were so hospitable, the cabin had everything we needed and was very clean, and the grounds were quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing (caught bass off the dock!), the private trails, a campfire, and plenty of spots to chill out outside. The WiFi worked well enough to do a few business calls. All in all a great time—we’ll be back!

Leon and Kip are gracious hosts, and the property is beautifully situated on the small Boy River with boating access to both Child Lake and the much Larger Woman Lake. I paddled my canoe into both lakes and caught a few fish in each. The best fishing show was off the dock where we watched a great blue heron patiently wait like a statue for many minutes before stabbing and eating a hand sized sunny. We saw eagles loons, ospreys and many smaller birds. Very nice. Bill

This cute little cabin was perfect for my wife and I and our 4yr old and 1yr old. Lot’s of space for a little cabin. Clean and decorated great. Took my boy fishing from the dock a caught fish after fish. Was a perfect little getaway! Would recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect with alot of extras that we weren't expecting. The cabin was well-appointed and super clean. There was lots of room to play outside and enjoy the Northwoods. We will definitely be back!
