This serene, treetop 4-bedroom, 2 bath, house is a peaceful, relaxing walk to the Village of Pentwater; a gentle bike ride or short drive to the busy downtown hub and beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.
It offers 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom on the main floor, 1 queen bedroom and 1 full bedroom on the lower level. A sofa bed pullout is also available in the lower common area.
Note: renter is responsible to bring bed linens and towels. Owner provides mattress pads, pillows, blankets and spreads.

This house features open concept living on main level; vaulted ceiling in the great room with a slider out to an expansive deck with covered grilling area and gorgeous views of the back yard. The roomy kitchen offers a center island and snack bar.
The master bedroom is on main floor with full bath access from the hallway and seperate private access to the 3 season screened porch. The lower level features 2 nice sized bedrooms with updated bath.
The lower walk out is to a well maintained fenced yard with new outdoor shower stall with changing room and large overhang.

Massive outdoor yard for playing and games, quiet dead end street for biking. Large seating area with firepit.

Wynnwood Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum.
