Stayed Jul 27, 2024We enjoyed staying here and would love to make a return trip. House is located on a cul-de-sac, so there wasn’t lot of traffic. The path to the beach is directly across the street. Jerry responded quickly to our questions and the house was well equipped with anything we needed. The deck had options for shade when we wanted to eat outside. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023The house was perfect and the location is great. There is very easy access to the beach, and it only takes minutes to get to downtown Pentwater for shopping and restaurants. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. It was a great vacation. I would recommend this house 100%!!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022After 26 years of living in Michigan we had a great first time in the Pentwater/Ludington area. The house was perfect! The location was minutes to Pentwater, Silver Lake Dunes, Ludington and the Ludington State Park. We had great views of the sunset daily from the balcony or from the easy access to the public beach in a dead end area. No traffic, no problems. The house had everything we expected and more. We would definitely recommend the rental to anyone who asks. Great place, communicative owners and a place worthy of renting again. Thank you Jerry and Judy!
