Fabulous Two-Bedroom Condo In The Heart Of Downtown Pentwater, Michigan

This is a very nice condo in a great location in Pentwater. It had everything we needed. The beds were to our liking. We hope our health will be such that we can come back next year. Pentwater is a fun little town with many nice shops. Thank you to the DeMars family for getting the weather right.

The condo is very nice, clean and very well maintained. It is very definitely in the heart of town with views of Pentwater Lake. You can easily walk to see the town, shop, eat and enjoy the views!! It is conveniently located near Lake Michigan with a beautiful beach and campground! Just be aware that the parking is very small or limited, during the day it’s busy traffic that is loud noise going around the busiest corner to town. Sitting on the deck was great but hard to hear each other talk. Many added rules or other details that you learn when you book. Thanks Rick

The view of the rental was amazing, both at night and during the day. Waking up to the lake was amazing. I highly recommend this stay.

We love to relax on the balcony and read. Lots of fun shops to visit. We come back every year!!

We had a wonderful relaxing getaway. The condo was vary cozy and clean. Great location across from the lake with great views from the balcony. It was nice to be able to just park the car and be able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and parks. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was fantastic. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Check in process was seamless. Owners were friendly and responsive. Location was great! We were able to walk to get dinner and breakfast. Looking forward to visiting the area again and will look to stay here once more.

Our family had another great stay at this beautiful condominium. The open floor plan, view of the lake, and the convenience too all that Pentwater has to offer make this our favorite spot. The entire process from booking to checking in/out was seamless with great communication along the way. We appreciate being able to make family memories in such a great location.

This was our second stay in this lovey condo. It is very roomy and nicely appointed. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed. We got to enjoy the homecoming parade and fireworks from our deck. The beds are very nice and there are plenty of towels and such.

We had another great vacation trip to Pentwater and especially these wonderful accommodations that we’ve experienced for quite a number of years. We so enjoy our time here and it has come to feel a little like home away from home. Thanks you

This condo is perfectly located in Pentwater! We loved having coffee on the balcony with the beautiful view of Pentwater lake and access to the stores and shops was super convenient. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I just completed a four night stay at this fabulous two bedroom condo overlooking Pentwater Lake and the municipal marina. Very nice property, spacious, and an amazing master suite. We had a great getaway!!! Thank you!

Right away I noticed how incredibly clean and light the condo was. The photos are very accurate. The views across Hancock street are awesome looking out at the boat docks and Pentwater lake. The neighbors were very friendly and quiet. The outdoor patio is big and being one level up off the street is actually fun. People walking by literally don’t realize you’re right there above them. It is extremely convenient to everything downtown Pentwater has to offer and cenzos grocery store is 30 feet away! Walking to the beach is an easy stroll and if you take a buggy or wagon, there’s no need to drive to the beach either. The condo has an elevator for loading and unloading which is very convenient. If you have scheduled a fishing trip with the sportsmen or other, they’re docked directly across the steet less than 100 yards. Over all experience was an A + and if I had to leave any suggestions or negative feedback I don’t know what that would be? Maybe some better pillows or something??? You won’t be disappointed!

The condo was spacious, very clean, and well furnished. The view over the park and lake was great. Loved the inset on the balcony which allowed us to be in sun or shade. Owner very friendly. Check in simple.
