House was very clean, plenty of room. Had a great stay!

This was my 2nd stay. I noticed nice updates. Well maintained. Thank you for a relaxing birthday weekend.

Place was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our stay here. It was plenty of space for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids).

I think this was the third time we've stayed at this house when we've gone to the obx. Awesome location, walking distance to StackEm High pancakes, American Pie ice cream/pizza place, and Miller's. Beach is close too. We'll most likely try to get this house again for next year.

Central to everything good location. Easy walk to the beach. Clean. Thorough instructions on what to do for arrival and departure. Definitely recommend!

While our trip was less than eventful (both of our vehicles were involved in a chain reaction 4 car crash on the way to the house, gas leak in a hotel across the street and shooting at Avalon pier) the house made the stay! The house had all the needed amenities we could ask for, it was cozy, clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! We had our dogs with us and everything was so easy for them as well! The beach is close by and you’re located near so many restaurants and attractions! Definitely a home we would love to rent again! Thank you!!

House was comfortable, cute and clean. Only complaint is the horrible water pressure which is in no way the owners fault.

The place was wonderful! It was in a great location that was easily walkable everywhere! It was the perfect little weekend getaway and we have already talked about using it again in the future!

This home was the perfect location. It was within walking distance to a lovely beach, and close to many dog friendly hiking locations. The open living space was great for socializing while the bedrooms provided privacy. Because of it's central location we were not too far away from any of the places we wanted to visit on the OBX.

We came to Kill Devil Hills offseason, with our 3 teens and small dog. This house is perfectly located for getting around, with a very short walk to the beach and an easy walk to some great restaurants/short drive to Jockey Ridge and the Wright Memorial. Clean, bright, and warm, the house had plenty of space for all of us, and the amenities were just what we needed — enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a much-appreciated hottub for the end of a day full of hiking!The dishwasher was out of order for our stay, but it didn't impact our enjoyment at all.

We came back to our favorite spot in OBX for a long weekend away. Everything was perfect! We love the location and everything about this fun home away from home. Already planning another return trip!

Close to everything, clean, beds are comfy. I think they got a bigger TV in the living room since we stayed here a couple years ago, so that was nice. Hope we can get it again next year.

Lovely house. Perfect for our family. Very close to the beach but off the main strip and very quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to some stores and several restaurants. Would stay there again

Clean, close to beach and restaurants, hot tub, games, books, dishware, glasses, frying pan, drip coffee pot, blender and toaster. With our gang all these are necessities. We were pleased with everything. We ate in all lunches and several dinners. Breakfast is always New York bagels up the road.

Great location, 7 minute walk to the beach, hot tub was very clean but the house needs a deep cleaning.

Great place to stay in the OBX. A block and a half walk to the beach. Also, within walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc.

This was our first stay in OBX and we want to come back!! The cottage was exactly as described. Perfect for a getaway for my little family. Lots of great things for my little one: a pack n play, highchair, beach toys and books!! Great location as I walked to beach every day and there is a great restaurant right across the street we walked to as well! Owner was available when needed which is always nice.
