Wooded Escape w/ Beautiful Backyard + Mtn Views!

We had a great stay and were very comfortable here. Great location just a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Would stay again

The condition of the house was very good. The house is rented as sleeping 8. I believe there was one bath towel for each guest. We stayed 4 nights. I washed towels twice during my stay. The best thermostat kept resetting the temperature at night to 63 degrees. I understand running a program to save on your expenses when the house is empty, but when it's rented out I should be able to set it at a comfortable temperature for me and my family. Maybe I just didn't know how to set it. But it sure seemed as if something was over riding what I was changing it to.

Great stay and would book again if in the area. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and house. There was enough room for our large family (2 adults and 4 kids). We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit especially with the available wood pile. Close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Clean and spacious!

Lovely home in a great location. Had a bit of a problem getting checked in, but the problem was resolved. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Well located near all places you want to visir. Nice house with great a/c.Comunnication with host I gave a one star because I could not get negative. Never answer my messages, calls or text. Only was able before checking with a pet concern over email. The should get soneone else to handle messages.Cleaning personnel finish just in tine of checkin, microwave was dirty, bathroom floor towels were wet, upstairs bed cover in one of the rooms was wet. Upstairs sinks were not draining properly sent a message did not receive a reply or call. Dish ware had few crack plates and glass.Its so sad the host was not responsive as these were thinga that could have been simple to resolve and I could have left a better review and star review. I also did not let me upload pictures here.

Absolutely nice place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city and the adventure. Loved the view to the mountains. The place was very comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We chose the location as we wanted to be outside of Chattanooga. We found it easy to get to all the places we visited including downtown. The house is great and had everything we needed.

The house was perfectly situated for our needs. Right next door to The Venue, the groom’s family was able to relax and not feel rushed. The groomsmen had a perfect place to gather and spend time before the celebration began. Wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this home. Check in was easy. The host answered all of our questions quickly. The home was clean and and nice. All we needed was there. Our daughter got married at The Venue so being right beside the place of the wedding was very convienent. It was also easy to find for those who came for a meal or to play some cards. I would stay here again.

Great Location close to Ruby Falls Rock city etc and restaurants the property was in a nice quiet area and the home was nice and clean I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed a week around our daughter’s wedding. House was clean, well stocked and even had welcome snacks for us. Beds were comfortable and the jack-n-Jill bathroom upstairs made things easier when the bridal party stayed with us. Location next to The Venue made wedding day super easy!We made use of the fire pit and grill as well. We actually had rehearsal in the back yard. It was perfect!Jonathon the host, was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

The house is super cute, plenty of space for my husband and myself and our adult kids and spouses. King bed was very comfortable and the 2 queen beds accommodated the other couples comfortably. The location to downtown Chattanooga and other attractions was perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed.

Our family of older adults, young adults, and toddlers found this property to be a great match for our needs. Lots of livingroom/kitchen space. Lots of bathrooms! Great location to get to the Aquarium, Children's Museum, Splash Pad, and food/ice cream restaurants, but still countryish. Nice backyard up against the woods with firepit and and outdoor seating. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The location is very convenient to downtown and all the sights, yet feels like you’re out in the country.
