Well kept house, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen!! Was disappointed when we first got there as the house smelled of cigarette smoke. Sprayed some air fresheners to help with that. Otherwise facility was very clean, neighborhood was quiet, even on the 4th of July!

The property was exactly as advertised - very clean, had comfortable beds, and a good location to explore the Black Hills and surrounding areas. Thanks for letting us have a wonderful place to call home on our vacation!!

Everything was as described. Communication with hosts was above average. Cupboards were well stocked. Furniture and carpet was dated, but everything else was fine.

Place was perfect for us to stay for our daughter’s graduation. Nice clean, nice yard and we enjoyed the hot tub.

I scaled my score to fit the cost of the stay. This is an affordable house in a convenient location. It also had all the amenities we were looking for during our stay. It worked well for my little family over the holiday. The house isn't spotless and has some areas where cosmetic things are 'falling apart'. The backyard also has a lot of poop (is it all from wildlife??) -- the kids played in the backyard during our stay, but we opted to have our Easter egg hunt inside due to it. The owner does not send out the code as early as others have; however, when I reached out the night before our stay (I wanted to make sure we had a place to land after a long drive with young kids), the owner was quick to respond and polite. Overall, I think this is a great place to stay if you have kids.

A great option for a weekend away. Had many extras in case you forgot your own. Hot tub was fantastic. House clean and welcoming. And the water pressure in the showers was excellent!

Worked perfectly for 4 adults 3 teenagers and one 10 year old for us while we were in Spearfish for a weekend soccer tournament. Much better than a couple of hotel rooms. We made breakfast two mornings and supper one evening while staying here. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Beds were comfortable and so were the couches. Nice to have 2 bathroom and showers as well!

Property manager was very attentive to any questions and want out of his way to get the property ready when we found out we would need it 3 extra days prior to our original reservation. Clean, nice layout with many extras in the kitchen. Extra condiments in the fridge if needed.

Very nice well kept property. Came for a concert and to visit around Spearfish and ended up staying in most of the time and just enjoying the place.

This was such a cute house! Everything was clean and well maintained! Will definitely book again next time we have a family get together in the hills! I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at the woodburn house. It was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, the hosts were accommodating and dropped off an extra table & chairs as we hosted 2 Christmas dinners with family there. The hot tub was a nice addition to the experience. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the large backyard as it was covered in animal poop. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable!

Property was nice, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Was not happy with only Roku TV as we like to watch live shows, news, sports. Could only watch them if we paid to suscribe. Shower was slippery but if you put a towel down in shower that will help. Did not need to have contact with owner so no opinion on that.

The property was great. Exactly as listed. It was perfect for our group. I would go there again. And it's a perfect location for visiting all the SD areas, i.e., National Parks, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc.

We stayed here for Sturgis motorcycle rally and it was perfect for our group. Great trailer parking and flat covered area to park bikes. Owners were quick to reply with communication when my app wasn’t showing my trip, they were awesome!

The inside of the house was great, clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. All of the appliances worked great. The outside needs some attention, hornet's nest next to the gate, wasp going in the siding at the back of the house. Concrete was cracked and uneven around the step. Their were nails sticking up in the deck had to watch where you stepped. The communication with the host was not great. They don't tell you that you will get the code to get in 1 hr before arrival, when your driving 1400 miles it's nice to know that you have a place when you get there. I tried to contact the host the day we left but nothing but a You'll get the code 1 hr. before arrival!!

Our priorities were to have enough bedrooms/beds for good sleeping, convenient location, usable kitchen and laundry. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen had more than just the basics, and the a/c worked great! The hosts were great and responded immediately when we couldn’t get WiFi or tv to work. It didn’t matter to us, but the outdoor space is not
