PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ****There is a ring doorbell at this location**

Additional Property Information:

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.



Special Information and Rules:

A maximum of 8 guests may stay at any time.

Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. all days, except when entering or exiting the house. The hours of outdoor space use must be listed in the House Rules and may be more but not less restrictive.



The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.



Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation.

    Excellent property! Clean, spacious, great location, tastefully furnished, and the customer service was wonderful. We were a group of 7 and had a great holiday week at this property. I highly recommend it. Make sure to try the coffee shop across the street. The coffee and pastries are delicious!

    We had a great stay here. There were many bedrooms, great for our large groups and the beds were large and comfortable. Across the street from Keeper coffee, which was perfect for our group. Also, we had a question for the property manager who responded promptly. Highly recommend this property for a group visiting Portland!

    A little over two weeks before our stay I received a text from the management company that our booked accommodations were no long available. The owner had moved us to the attached town house next door. The new townhouse was fine. the bed configuration was not the same as having queens and doubles instead of kings. It took a few hours to get this change confirmed. I called the management company and left a few messages before I spoke with the correct agent to confirm our new VRBO. Everything worked out in the end.

    We had a fabulous stay! The staff made every portion of our stay wonderful. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs. This home was easily accessible in a great location being 10-20 minutes from almost anything we wanted to do in the Portland area. The coffee shop across the street was an extra bonus!

    Beautifully furnished and spacious place to stay for our family. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms and inviting sitting areas. Great location across from coffee shop and walking distance to stores. The only drawback was the number of stairs to the bedrooms which proved a little difficult for 2 elderly guests.
