Stayed Nov 25, 2025The host was welcoming. A bit too much. The WiFi password was wrong. There was no heat til I let him know 24 hours later. The tv did not work. My daughter carried a big one from the basement and it did work. We felt as if we were under surveillance. The camera at the door was a bit too much for us

Stayed Oct 6, 2025James is a terrific host and his home is very comfy. Great views of the salt marsh from bright airy open plan living, dining, kitchen. Plenty of parking. The location just off the causeway is perfect for getting to the entire north shore.
