Spacious Lakefront Escape w/ 3 Baths + Bonus Bed

Host was amazing and incredibly responsive. Her home is amazing, clean, breathtaking views, wonderfully undated upstairs and a great location. We look forward to many more stays!!

The home was in excellent condition and perfectly equipped for to host our extended family for the weekend. With lots of age appropriate toys, great outdoor space and well-laid out family and kitchen space, it made for a very easy and seamless visit. The views from the back of the house over the lake were gorgeous as well.

Everything was wonderful and the home is exactly as pictured, maybe even bigger than the pictures seem. I really enjoyed the hosts welcome packet, very informative and the food suggestions were delicious!! I do think the “bedroom” downstairs needs some way to be closed off, you couldn’t go into kitchen without waking up whoever was sleeping in there. BUT we were aware the space was not enclosed at time of booking and we really enjoyed the property!

Wonderful house and wonderful host! The house is just adorable and was more than enough room for the 5 of us. Clean, easy to check in and had everything we needed. It was a perfect choice, only about 20 minutes from Salem and the ocean.

We had a wonderful time at Anna's lakefront home. It is a beautiful home where we cooked in their fully stocked kitchen, barbecued, played board games, read books overlooking a breathtaking lake and fished, kayaked, and canoed. It was a wonderful getaway with so many memories, both joyful and peaceful. Thank you Anna!

Well maintained property on a beautiful lot. Owners made fishing and boating equipment available and all of it was in great shape. I haven’t been on a paddle-board for a while so that was interesting.Close to Salem, the harbor towns, and some awesome beaches.

The house overlooking the lake was amazing ! We loved how clean it was ! It was a perfect setting for us to enjoy some family time together. We all had a wonderful time !All of the lake equipment and accessories allowed us to have a lot of fun in the water !And the quantity and quality of toys and books available for our grandson were very impressive. He loved playing with them on the wooden floor while we enjoyed the views!Anna was very quick to respond to any questions we had.A fantastic stay and experience !

Beautiful lakefront bungalow. Extremely responsive Host. Well stocked kitchen. House has a lot of charm and character. Large washer and dryer. Well maintained property.

The house was just beautiful and was located on a wooded road with other beautiful houses. The view of the lake fantastic.

We had an enjoyable stay in Essex. The lake is lovely and we took advantage of getting out on and in the water. The house, which is updated, offers multiple spots to sit indoors or out to enjoy the view. Our group was all adults, but this house and property was well set up for families with young children. Downsides included WiFi issues to start, bedding issues, and an initial concern about an algae bloom in the lake which resolved itself after a day or two but would have been a major limitation given we chose the rental based on the water access.

Too bad the weather wasn't great, because this house is directly on Chebacco Lake. Our grandchildren did enjoy fishing and kayaking, but it would have been fun to spend hours doing everything.The house was immaculate and the owners so communicative. It was easy to locate the house and convenient for us since our son lives nearby.We can't wait to stay there again !!!!
