Wild Dunes near beach villa w/ waterway view, screened porch, updated baths!

We had a very nice stay at Wild Dunes. It was minutes away from the beach and very close to the tennis courts. The rooms were very spacious and updated. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The carpet had large brown stains. The bedrooms were overfilled with furniture that had kids paint and markers all over it. The master suite has twin beds. Some of the furniture has obviously been chewed on by a dog.i was so disappointed to have spent money in this unit for a long awaited Thanksgiving with my parents.I should've rented directly from Wild Dunes...they have much higher standards for their rental units!

The condo was well taken care of, clean, smell free, and a relaxing setting to get away from work stress. I would suggest having enough towels for 6 guests, and sheets that actually fit the beds; however everything else was great!

This property is on the Wild Dunes resort but does not include the resort amenities. You can walk to the beach and visit a first time visitor we didn’t comprehend that the property doesnot include pool, beach pavilion, or tennis.

Island Realty needs to get rid of the cheap corona era 8ft sheets of wavy/dirty plastic hanging by chains from the ceiling. Makes a nice office look like a low end quick mart....

Best Vacation ever! House was perfect clean, air conditioner and beds were so comfy! Close to the beach! Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and the canal behind! Weather was perfect! Beach awesome Thank You to the owner! We will definitely be staying here next year 2024
