I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to this home because we love the location! Property was clean with plenty of seating. Kitchen was stocked...only missing the crab claw crackers! Other than the kitchen table the furniture is very nice and updated. Love the pool and roof top deck. There were some hornets building nests under the awning but they didn't bother us much. Elevator is a necessity and can be a little tricky but rental company sent out a repairman as needed. Island Realty always quick to respond with any issues!Would visit again!!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025My family and I highly enjoyed our stay at Sandcrab Court 11. The house is beautiful and spacious, well decorated and appointed and very clean!! The pool was an added bonus. The kitchen is amazing and has literally everything you could ask for. This beach house is a true gem!

Reviewer Comments: We have rented homes for our summer and winter vacations for over 20 years. 11 Sandcrab Ct was clean, spacious, great location and comfortable. But what I appreciated most was that it had everything. It was the best equipped home I have ever rented AND everything worked. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was very well equipped and overall the condition of the property is excellent. Could have used extra bath and dish towels so the washer dryer worked overtime.
