Whitetail Ridge Cabin ,Sleeps 10

Whitetail Ridge Cabin was a wonderful home. The driveway was interesting, but we had no problems. The location, atop a ridge, was really nice. When we arrived, it was hard to imagine how large the house was, but it runs lengthwise along the ridge. Plenty of room for everyone to have some of their own space, and a large common area for games and movie watching (the WIFI was perfect for streaming on the TV we brought with us). As a mom, I really appreciated the mudroom area ... it kept the home from being cluttered with bins, coats, boots, etc. We have rented many vacation properties over the years, and Whitetail had the most comfortable beds EVER. Coffee Bar was really a treat! It was a little too cold and windy to enjoy the amazing yard and fire pit area, but we could imagine how beautiful it is in the spring and summer. All in all, wonderful property and wonderful property owners. Thank you, so much to the home owners, for saving our family Thanksgiving

The property was very nice. Hiking trails nearby for easy access. Also town is very close if you need anything.

The home and location were great.

The house was amazing and Private! The gas grill did not work properly. We installed a new tank, but the heat never came up above low. So, we cooked in the oven. Plus, there was no TV. Did not notice that on the listing. So, we went to a local pub to watch the Cleveland Browns game on Sunday. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful!

We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for 10 women! We also loved the back yard area, we spent a lot of time there by the fire. It was way out there and the first person who arrived recommended that all arrive before dark when it will be harder to navigate. We also recommend that the owners check out the light bulbs. A bunch of them did not work. But, it did not stop our fun!

Location of home is amazing for a get together with friends without being disturbed by others. Back yard is great for relaxing by the fire and listening to the sounds of nature and the water feature. Rooms are large and home is set up nicely for multiple couples. We didn't utilize the river gazebo from the house but did make it a stop for a break during our canoe trip. Highly recommend this home! If we choose Loudonville for next year's water get away, we will stay here again.

We were here for the weekend for our daughter’s wedding. It’s a lovely cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us and lots of extras. Loved the view and sitting on porch each morning. Don’t be afraid of the steep driveway, it wasn’t so bad.

Beautiful secluded property. Privacy was great and seeing fawns walk right in front of me was so amazing.The house was large enough or all 8 of us and the outside was our favorite. The fountain and fire pit are where we spent most of our time after 6 pm . I did send a question to the owner via VRBO and did not hear back but it wasn't a big deal.We loved the place and we're considering making it a yearly event at this location but making it longer.

Very lovely house! Big house with plenty of bedrooms and comfy beds! Gorgeous outside seating area/bonfire area and screened in deck outside too.

Whitetail Ridge was an awesome place to stay! One of our vehicles had a little trouble getting up the driveway where the rain had washed it out a bit. It took us a minute to figure out how to use the door pad. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. We saw deer almost immediately! So much nature, everywhere! There were some ants in the kitchen, but that's understandable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The back yard is like a secret garden, so lovely. The lack of a tv didn't bother us much at all. The washer, and dryer were great. Some of the recliners worked, and some didn't. All of the furniture was comfortable, and clean. They have plenty of board games, and a basket of toys. The fridge was struggling a bit at first, but did begin working better eventually. The freezer was perfect.The gazebo on the river was down the mountain, and across Wally Rd. It needs some TLC, and there were mud daubers nesting there. We weren't there for long. The host was responsive, and polite! Thank you for allowing us to stay, maybe we'll get to come back sometime.

Property and house was beautiful. Road was a little rough but i made it there with my little Chevy Trax.Would have lied a hand rail on the steps.

Nice house and fit our needs. However, we thought that the house was on the water. We had property access, but thought it would be much closer. The driveway was also challenging to get up and had issues with getting the access code to work.

I can not say enough about this wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed everything from the minute we got here to the minute we left! Everything was super clean.. we had everything we needed... the backyard was so peaceful...wildlife was great... the walk to the river was a fun challenge..[we went the shortcut down the hill] It was so peaceful and was perfect for family time!! Absolutely no complaints!! We definitely want to be back!!

Enjoyed the property very much. A great location with a lot of area to explore and have fun in.

This is a very nice cabin/house in the woods! It accommodated our party of 7 very comfortably. We cooked in due to rain and the cabin was very well stocked with every item needed. The room/porch off the master bedroom was beautiful and felt like you were sitting outside. The fire pit area outside was also very relaxing. We would be very happy to stay again!

The cabin was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway for a group of friends.

The pictures don’t do the place any justice, it is so clean, beautiful and peaceful. I bet it’s more amazing in spring or summer. We should've stayed longer.

House is awesome and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. The driveway is very long and would be very hard to traverse in any snow without 4WD. No TVs but lots of board games to keep you entertained in the winter cold.

I was happy with everything! Driveway definitely required 4w drive, because it was snowy and covered with ice. Also no T.V but that was okay.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for a large group. Awesome location surrounded by woods but also close to all the amenities. Will absolutely stay again.

Loved it, nice way to enjoy Mohican. Definitely encourage anyone to take advantage of the hike down to the river from the property. The backyard is a gem. A four wheel drive vehicle to get up the driveway would suit you well.

House was as listed & more! Very well decorated interior. Amazing outdoor setting. One of the best rentals we have ever experienced. We will return next year.

Hoping to have one more family getaway before school started we stayed at this home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard allowed us to sit by a fire and make s’mores. The river was at the entrance to the property and had an awesome spot to allow the kids to play. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy themselves.
