Stayed Dec 31, 2025We stayed here to celebrate New Year’s Eve and it was absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed watching all of the snowfall from the large windows. Comfortable, clean and welcoming space would definitely stay again.!

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The apartment was absolutely beautiful!! The decor was amazing with many nice touches. Loved the bathroom off the main bedroom. It was nicely located close to cute stores (we did some Christmas shopping), restaurants, a coffee shop and Beanos buckeye bar where we had a great time watching the OSU game. Communication with our host, Sam was perfect. He was a phenomenal host. The traffic was a little loud being right on Main street but we knew that going in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Wow. This place was gorgeous!! My sister and I were in town for a wedding and doubled it as a birthday weekend getaway for her and it was JUST what we needed! The place was beautiful! So much natural light and so chic and cozy! We will be back for sure for another stay in the future! Everything was very clean, beds comfy, the host was timely in communications… everything was 5-stars!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We made our way from Boston to attend my niece's wedding @ a delightful venue in Mohican State Park. We knew very little about the area and searched nearby VRBOs. Sam's Loft on Main Street in quaint Loudonville proved to be a gem, ie, sparkling clean, smartly decorated, with plenty of natural light. We've stayed at many VRBOs primarily in the Northeast, and would rate Sam's in the top quartile. So, bottom line, if your travels take you to the Mohican area, set yourself up for a comfortable stay at Sam's Loft in beautiful Loudonville, Ohio.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Stepping in to the loft we were transported to a million dollar property. Beautiful finishes on all surfaces, delightful bathroom accomodations, and overlooking main street through amazing picture windows! Power custom window shades and a fully furnished kitchen. Loved it. Hands down the most well appointed property we have stayed.
