This spacious house had plenty of indoor seating and the front porch is comfortable for breakfast & lounging. The early morning traffic is pretty heavy and noisy. The beds were comfortable with ample pillows & blankets. The separate shower is snug. If you go through a lot of hand towels I would bring your own. The smores box was a pleasant surprise. Overall it was a great visit & we would definitely rent this home again.

Nice location in Loudonville. Some loud traffic and trains at times--locals LOL. Home is beautifully decorated. We loved having a fire pit available. Great alternative to camping -- will plan to be back again.

Perfect little spot. Very clean and homey place close to a cire little downtown main street with shops and restaurants staffed by very friendly people. Definitely recommend...we'll be back!

Your home and location was perfect for my family. Spacious with plenty of seating options for our 7 adults. Add to the character of the home, which brought back many memories. Short walk to Main Street shops and to the Farmers Market. Walking to get ice cream before bedtime was a treat! Also an easy drive to Mohican Malabar Farm State Parks. Highly recommend this rental!

Went to visit for 4th of July holiday…The home was absolutely beautiful…Had a Great time at the shops in downtown loudenville…And Kim is a WONDERFUL host

I had 8 adult guests stay for the weekend. The house was very clean and had lots of room. Comfortably slept everyone (even the couch was a good spot). The host communicated well and we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The backyard had lots of room and there was enough room on the patio for everyone to sit and talk. Definitely recommend.

Restored older home well staged. Comfortable beds and seating. We were in Ohio to attend the Mohican powwow which is a yearly event. This home much enhanced our stay.

The house is older but very clean and well decorated.It creeks in spots but nothing we minded.It has a small fire pit we used and liked and also a small grill.We stayed in that area to be near a canoe place. We stayed in town so we could walk to places.Very nice little town. We ended up going to Mohican adventures. It was busy but quick to get us launched. I would surely recommend you stay here. The host was very welcoming.

We had the most amazing time staying at this location. The house was beautiful, big and very clean! We enjoyed having a fire out back. We floated down the river twice during our stay. We enjoyed walking downtown and ate at the Blackfork Bistro.

We were staying for a 3 day music festival we were attending and wanted a quiet place to relax after the show every night. The house was perfect! Plenty of space & the original charm was beautiful. The host was very responsive to anything I needed.

If you’re staying in Loudonville, you can’t beat this house. It had everything you’d need and plenty of room. It was even bigger than I expected from the listing.
