White Sands | Luxury Oceanfront Home | Direct Beach Access | Expansive Deck + Chef's Kitchen

This VRBO exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect with direct access to the beach. The shower and the restroom on the ground level was so convenient! The layout of the home is perfection with the primary suite on one side and all other bedrooms on the other side. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. Also, the beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of towels for each guest. Beach gear (chairs, beach towels and umbrellas) are not provided. We rented these items from local providers, along with baby necessities. We would absolutely stay here again and feel blessed to have been able to enjoy this beautiful home with our loved ones!!

The beach view and access are exceptional, as is the house in general! We have been vacationing on Folly Beach for many years and this is by far our favorite rental. It is impossible to exaggerate how beautiful and expansive the ocean view is; the beach side of the house is a true wall of windows and sliding glass doors that open to a beautiful deck. The kitchen was so well organized and inviting that we ended up eating in almost every night. The layout accommodated our multi-generational family beautifully; the late nighters and early birds were able to gather in the common spaces without disturbing anyone who was already or still asleep.We loved the decor and thoughtful design throughout and the location was ideal. We walked right onto the beach and were close enough to downtown Folly to walk or bike during the day, but far enough away to have total peace and quiet at night. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Amazing home! My friends and I chose this home for an all girl (Grandma) getaway. The kitchen was very well equipped, very roomy and had everything we needed. The view and beach access were spectacular. It was very peaceful and beautiful. I own three short term rentals myself in the Nashville TN area, and have high expectations. This home did not disappoint…I just wish it was pet friendly!

Seriously one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed at. It was well stocked with very nice furnishings. The open concept home was perfect. The access to the beach could not be beat. The lawn was spotless. I need someone to come help us make our lawn look that good. Odd thing to rate but worth a shoutout to this home. We’ve never been a family to stay in the same house twice but this might be the spot we go to multiple times. Thank you to the property management too! One of the most responsive and polite group we’ve had too. Top notch.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures. Very quiet beachfront property, away from the crowds of the public beaches. The beach itself was so clean, we saw a dolphins every day. Added bonus to have a beach level bathroom and shower. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances. It actually had sharp knives and good cookware. Plenty of room for nine people. Well stocked with kids toys, and boogie boards for the beach. Worth the price!

We loved this house. It is comfortable, clean and has a wonderful view. The deck is fabulous. We also very much enjoyed the space underneath the house-perfect for the children to play, eat on picnic tables, and even shower. We hope to revisit next summer.

This is a group of friends from college, we get together once a year. Location was perfect for both exploring locally and also easy to go into Charleston. Would recommend for friends or family.

Outstanding property for a family and especially young kids. Highchair, books, outdoor play set to name a few. This is one of the top 2 rentals we’ve stayed in over 20 years.

Amazing house, absolutely perfect! We had an incredible time here. The kitchen is TOP NOTCH and is fully stocked with everything you could need. You cannot beat the view and the windows make it easy to see throughout the house. Really thoughtful touches with this home. We were certainly wowed and hope to stay again!

We have stayed in several beach front properties on Folly Beach and this was my favorite, by far. Incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative is that it is not dog friendly and most times that is a deal breaker for us.
