White Cottage: 6‑Bed Beachfront House Sleeping 14 in Rhosneigr | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Letting

Our second visit to White Cottage and we have already booked for next summer. The hot-tub was a great success and well maintained. The location and views are spectacular. All appliances were in working order. The separate freezer was a real bonus as was the additional oven. A great venue for a large gathering.

The house is in one of the best locations in Rhosneigr, with panoramic views across beaches and sea. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the 13 people in our group. We loved the proximity to the beach and easy walk into the village centre. It was beautifully quiet at night and it was magical listening to the waves and birds especially as the sun was setting. We loved the large kitchen diner and lounge. The hot tub was a massive hit especially with the children and was super clean with fantastic views over the bay. It would be useful to have a kitchen brush and dustpan to try and keep everything cleaner as it was impossible to keep the sand out. We had to buy bin bags, washing up liquid and toilet rolls which at that price I think should be provided. The bedrooms could do with a bit of redecoration in parts. We did have a wonderful stay and I would definitely return

The most outstanding features of White Cottage are the location and the spacious size of the house. Our group comprised six adults and five children, from newborn to age seven. We got plenty of useful information about the house and surrounding area leading up to our stay. This was all great. Check-in was very easy. We loved the easily accessible beach at the back and the main beach right there at the front of the house! My family love the beach and love to swim in the sea. We had a really wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return. There are a couple of things I would recommend: it lacked a bit of TLC in terms of cleaning and maintenance. The garden furniture was missing cushions and one of the balcony chairs was broken. The skylight looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and looked a bit unsightly. For the price, I expected some toiletries in the bathrooms. This has been the case in other similar priced places we’ve stayed. Nothing major, but a little TLC and it would be perfection.

We recently stayed at White Cottage - a family celebration for a 70th birthday. We consisted of 3 generations, aged 73 down to 4 and we can honestly say that there was something there for all of us. The location couldn't have been better ...... direct access onto the beach was just fabulous. The hot tub, tucked away for extra privacy, but still with gorgeous views of the sea, was a wonderful addition. We booked Friday - Monday, allowing those members who had to return to work on Monday, a longer stay on the Sunday. The images from the cottage, with its panoramic views from the lounge will be etched into our memories for a long time. Rhosneigr itself is a lovely village, with a visit to The Oystercatcher being a must, as well as the lovely Sandy Mount House (drinks on the outside verandah!), beautiful 2- 3 mile walk around the lake. In short, we had a FABULOUS time and simply did NOT want to leave!! What a perfect choice

Having stayed in Rhosneigr before we had a good idea where we wanted to stay this time. White Cottage has probably the best location in town! It is perfectly situated on the front of the beach and this particular part of Rhosneigr is quieter than some parts despite being very central to all the local amenities. Waking up to the sounds of the waves is one of the best feelings in life and being in this location, so close to the beach and sea allowed for this. Equally wonderful was looking at the sunset from this location at night, truly magical. White Cottage is the perfect distance to walk into the central part of Rhosneigr. With it's lovely cafes, restaurants, shops etc... it could not be more convenient. White Cottage itself is a good size. The kitchen is practical and comfortable. So is the sitting room with amazing views across the beach and sea. The bedrooms are comfortable but the wardrobes are needing updated as looking a little warn. The bathrooms were clean and practical too. Outside at the front of White Cottage is ample parking space which is handy as double yellow lines are on the nearby roads. At the back of the cottage there is a small patio and grass area. This area could do with a little tlc as could the upstairs balcony which we didn't use. The younger adults and teenagers staying loved the hot tub. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and it catered for all ages from my 84 year old mum to my 4 month old grandson! We took our dogs too and respected the house rules for dogs.

Wonderful property and location for a large group of friends or family. Plenty of space and the views from the house are breathtaking. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic house for a large family holiday. Amazing location and brilliant views from every window. Only issue was that the hot tub was very cold when we got there and didn’t warm up until the next morning so we missed a night. When you’ve used it as a way to get your teenagers to come away with you it can create a problem. We were emailed to say that it would have to warm up but would have like led it that first night. Also we couldn’t find the light switch for the outside light so a bit dark. Wouldn’t put us off going again though but would be nice if looked at.

Excellent stay for a large group. Location was perfect on the beach. The house had absolutely everything we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus. Highly recommend

White Cottage is a fab house overlooking the beach. Bedrooms all had sea views also lounge and kitchen/ dinning room. Only one shelf between the 2 ovens. Down stairs shower flooded into hall. Phone and housekeeper came within 30 mins. Plumber arrived within 1.30 mins and fixed problem, blocked shower drain. Housekeeper came back to sort oven shelves. Lovely comfortable house would book again for large group of people.

We had a wonderful week at White Cottage. There was 12 of us over 3 generations. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. A perfect location for beach and restaurants. We have already booked to visit again .
