Morawelon : Renovated 3‑Bed Bungalow 100m from Rhosneigr Beach | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Letting

Our third stay at Morawelon and where we now call our ‘ Happy Place’. Its location is perfect whatever the weather due to the position near the beach and view from sitting area. Ideal for anyone with reduced mobility with just the one step at entrance door and spacious living area. Kitchen has everything required for self catering, alternatively good choice of restaurants and takeaways in walking distance. Perfect.

The bungalow was very clean and smelt lovely when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable but the quilt didn’t fit the quilt cover in the double room. The en suite shower needs some attention around the bottom tiles. There should also be some USB sockets. Overall we loved our visit, to be that near to the sea and beach was wonderful

Booking process was excellent, staff at AHL were friendly and knowledgeable. House was lovely, spotlessly clean, nicely presented and location (just on the beach) was perfect. Will be looking to re-book!

We absolutely loved our time here. When we arrived we was amazed at the location as the beach is on your doorstep. Which is great for kids. The bungalow was very spacious. I did however feel like with it being a pet friendly place I think there should be a change of rug in the living room for people who are visiting without pets As my 8 months old was crawling we noticed the smell of dogs and dog hairs on the carpet. The mattress on the top bunk bed needs changing as it’s too high therefore made it unsafe for my daughter to sleep in there. There are a few things that need a bit of a ‘fix me up’ and something that might need replacing now but overall we would definitely visit again.

We have visited Rhosneigr numerous times now but this was our 2nd stay at Morawelon . It really is perfect - with an ideal location close to the beach , a well equipped property and a well thought out open plan living area. We love sitting and watching the surfers and paragliders and the jets from RAFValley from the large patio windows , even with the wind roaring outside !! We even managed to sit out on the back decking a few times for coffee after returning from a days walking - and the small secure grassed area is perfect for our dog . All in all a fabulous property - we have already booked our return visit next year .

Morawelon is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and we loved the open plan layout. Whilst there we had mixed weather but did manage to have lunch on the deck in the sunshine. 0nly a short stroll to the beach made this the perfect property for those with dogs - mine is currently sulking after not getting a beach walk today! We visited Oyster catcher and Mojos for food. Both dog friendly and delicious food and squeezed in a beer at Starvation. Another lovely stay with Anglesey Holiday Lettings - can’t wait to revisit.

We simply could not fault this property - the finish, layout and standard of accommodation is superb, topped off by a beautiful sea view.. it is every bit as good as the photos and larger than expected. The weather helped too - we were so lucky to have no rain, glorious sunshine and gorgeous long beach walks. There was a small issue with damage to the garden gate at the side of the property when we arrived.. Anglesey Holiday Lettings , as always, were extremely polite, very prompt and it was fully resolved within an hour or so by a lovely gentleman who is a credit to their team.

An excellent dog-friendly cottage that was exceptionally well equipped. Despite snow and freezing temperatures, the property was warm, comfortable and provided a genuine home-from-home experience. In the summer it would be equally fabulous, with its perfect proximity to the beach and a wonderful little high street.

Lovely well equipped home (apart from insufficient Champagne flutes!)..I am a glass snob!!Spotless lots of space and enclosed garden for pooch..Sea view to top it off!! Left something behind and Anglesey Holidays dealt with my query and they were hand delivered the next day so thank you to Lorraine(?)..for that!! Would stay again..Thanks

This was our 5th holiday in Rhosneigr and our first stay in Morawelon, this property was the best of all those we have stayed in so far. Location is perfect and the property is very spacious, we were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything we needed was provided. Sitting out on the front patio watching the kite surfers etc was very relaxing and the rear garden patio was a lovely sun trap.(To be honest it was that hot whilst we were there we couldn't sit out at the back too long!)

We had the loveliest time during our stay at Morawelon and this was our second visit to this holiday home. We find everything about this place is just right and we will definitely be coming back again.

A stunning, clean and well equipped property. Right next to the beach. I'm only sad that it's fully booked for months or we'd be back next weekend. The secure garden is an added bonus for four legged friends.

This is our second stay at Morawelon. Its location close to the sea and sea view is its primary advantage for us as my husband has limited mobility and is able to sit and enjoy the view from the lovely floor to ceiling window and on the front patio area. Other than the front entrance the property is step free and he is able to use his rollator in the property with ease. Rhosneigre is a lovely location and has everything we need without having to travel far. I’m sure we will be back again for a very relaxing break.

Property is modern and suitable for those with less mobility as its all on one level. The location is great - it's so close to the beach and within 4mins walk to the shop, restaurants etc. The cockerpoo enjoyed the wonderful views of the beach from the living room. Morawelon was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and is in good condition; my only constructive feedback is several plates & mugs had a chip in them. We loved our holiday. We were really impressed with the high quality of restaurants in Rhosneigr (all dog-friendly). The cockerpoo enjoyed having her own bowl of sausage and mash in the Oyster Catcher! The Blue Olive was our favourite, but Mojos and Sandy Mount were fantastic too.

Fantastic Location Great Holiday 50 yds from the beach. Very dog friendly. Lots of dog friendly places to eat close by Anglesey Holiday Lettings are very efficient. House was excellent and very clean and as described and as shown in pictures. We have booked again for next year

Great place for young families. Close to beach. Cul-de-sac meaning kids can play out. Close to village centre and amenities. Accommodation clean and well equipped with magnificent view from living area. Bonus of daily aerial display from flights in and out of RAF Valley.

Amazing location for the beach and for the restaurants and shops in the village. The facilities are really good with most things catered for.

The location of this property is just perfect. Literally minutes from the beach with stunning views right from the open glass in the living area. We loved the quality of the finish of this property and would defintitely stay again. Having one large living area with kitchen and dining area meant we were altogether. Having utility room is really useful and loved the patio area off the main bedroom. It's only minutes to centre of Rhosneigr too.

The cottage is exceptionally clean and well equipped. Has fabulous views and is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach. Very dog friendly, our 2 labs settled immediately and the safe back garden and decking area works really well. The cul de sac location of the cottage ensures that it is very peaceful even though there is a lot going on close by. There are lots of choices for eating out too, varying from a short stroll to Mojo’s for breakfast or anytime pancakes, Sandy Mount House close by for lunch or anytime bite to eat in the evening. Both fantastic. The Oyster Catcher is a easy walk along the beach and well worth a visit.

We have stayed in Rhosneigr a few times previously but Morawelon is without doubt the best property rental to date. In a fabulous location with easy access to the beach, it also has stunning views from the open plan living room. Internally the property is very well equipped , comfortable and well designed , and it has the added benefit of a “sun trap”decking at the rear with a secure grassed area which was perfect for our dog to play in. All in all a brilliant holiday let - we have rebooked already for next year , although we have changed our dates to earlier in the year, as unfortunately the prices had doubled for the same period.
