Whispering Pines

Inside the national park, had nice hiking trails near by and market in walking distance to buy anything you would need including groceries. Dog friendly and cozy area! Loved my stay at this cozy cabin

First time user of VRBO and happy to report it wad a great choice! Cute, Clean and great location. Easy walk to other families staying near by, easy hike to stunning waterfall, creek running behind cabin and easy drive to Yosemite Valley. The Market on the corner was wonderful and staff so kind. Cabin was perfect size for our family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property was in excellent condition! Enjoyed the stay and the hot water and warm cabin amidst cold hiking.

We loved our stay here, the very small town of Wawona was friendly and inviting. The property itself was very comfortable and homey, it was well stocked with all the necessities. We had no problem hosting a small bbq for our friends birthday. The back patio/deck was perfect.

We loved our stay in Yosemite. This property is well maintained and had everything we needed. We were grateful for the nice grill on the deck. It was wonderful to be surrounded by trees. Very quiet neighborhood in May!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Whispering Pines! We celebrated our 7 year anniversary and couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you for opening up your home to us! We will be back!

Clean, quiet, loved the upgraded interior.

Everything is brand-new inside the cabin, and obviously professionally decorated and designed for efficiency, comfort and a genuine mountain feel. It is very small, but cozy for 2 people. We did not bring our dog since the local trail (Chilnhuana Falls) does not allow dogs and there is no fenced yard or fenced deck at the cabin. The Wawona community is charming, quiet and friendly, the cabin is super-comfortable and it is conveniently located on a good-sized lot near the market and trailhead. We felt safe there even though we are too senior gals traveling alone. I should also add that the bed was very comfortable, unlike the beds at the super-expensive Ahwahnee Hotel that we had just left! Besides being clean, the cabin is very open and airy with lots of windows and 2 nice decks with views. I have stayed in lots of funky old cabins I didn't like, and I am picky, I should also add. A great find!

Highly recommended stay while visiting Yosemite. 45 minute ride to the valley floor. Bed and linens were top shelf, very well stocked with basics, coffee, salt pepper ect. Satellite TV was a bonus as well. Strong internet. We would return!
