The house was very spacious. Everything was as expected. Secluded location. Window shades need updating. We had a wonderful time in Woodstock.

Lovely abode with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Perfect for three couples. Walkable to town. Cozy living room seating and big kitchen table,so we enjoyed games and meals together.

This is the perfect place to use as a base for any Woodstock adventure. The bedrooms are roomy and bright, the kitchen is spacious and well stocked. All in a wooded, private, idyllic setting.

We were not impressed with the cleanliness. The owner commicated ok. The property managers took 20 hours.I assumed the property would have central air... it did not. House was very hot when we arrived at 9pm at night. I'm not sure if it was because something was going on in the area for the 2 nights we were there, but we feltit was significantly over priced, but that is on us.

Had an excellent vacation at this very spacious house. It is very private yet close to town. Nicely furnished and comfortable. A truly relaxing place.

Loved our stay and the house. Everything was wonderful. I will say it was a little farther than 'a walk into town' and we did Uber everywhere. Everything at the house was great - nice relaxing spot!!

We loved our stay at this home! It is full of so much light and good vibes. We planned the weekend around a concert at Levon Helms studio, which was right down the street. The owners/management were wonderful & easy to get in touch with (not that we needed anything). The deck & music room were enjoyed the most :)

This was an incredible place to stay for a snowy weekend with the family. The house is huge and and just beautiful. The hosts even had the long driveway plowed and stairs/walkway shoveled for us, would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is lovely. Cozy and roomy at once. The main living room comfortably fit three couples w room to spare. We cooked, ate, played games (lots were offered), walked into town (many times). It was a beautiful setting and a perfect getaway weekend for our group. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house! Great location! The house overall exceeded our expectations! A bit bright in the mornings, good to know in case you are looking to try and sleep in. King bed in the master is super comfortable and the shower is awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in this very roomy and comfortable home about 3 min drive from the town of Woodstock and close to great hiking and other ulster county attractions. Host was very accommodating with our arrival plans. Great deck with giant outdoor lawn area and light-filled living space. The house had a few quirky attributes ( one bathroom had unusual shower head placement and a few kitchen outlets we could not get to work) but nothing that impeded a wonderful stay! Would 100% return and really hope to do so soon!

Six seniors stayed at this home for my daughter's wedding in Saugerties. The commute was easy, and the accommodations worked very well for us. Three master bedrooms meant that there was ample room to get ready. The large living area was a comfortable place to unwind, and the kitchen (that we never used!) was spacious. It was an idea home for the 6 (three couples) of us.

We 3 friends were spending a weekend in the Catskills and attending the NY Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck. We were awestruck at the beautiful setting for this property. Windows nearly surround the house and you can watch the deer and other wildlife as you drink your morning coffee. The house is well appointed and furnishings are very comfy. There's a music room some might really enjoy and lots of diversions in case you happen to get stuck inside. We had great weather and had a blast exploring the town and surrounding area. The price to rent is very reasonable, much better than a hotel. We hope to stay again next year.

This house was truly a blessing for our family! The master suite stunned the grandparents and they enjoyed the luxurious bath and the space to spread out. The kids loved all the board games and having space to play and run around. We were greeted by deer in the huge garden and loved watching the critters in the woods. The pictures don't show how beautiful the house truly is!

The house and property were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had easy access to area events and restaurants. We eill definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Woodstock at this property. Six of us were there for our son's wedding at Bearsville Theater. This home was clean, spacious, and well-accomodated. The setting is beautiful. We had frequent visits from deer and a wide variety of birds. The bedroom and en suite bathroom set up was perfect for us and our daughters and partners. Everyone had privacy, but also loved time spent in the living and dining areas. Communication with the owner was easy. Every question was answered promptly and in a friendly manner. We would love to stay here again.

We will definitely be back! Hosts were so gracious and accommodating. The home is spacious and comfortable and we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect for easy trips into town and the grounds were beautiful. Can't give this property and hosts enough stars!

Very private, spacious and cozy. Walking distance to Levon Helm studios which was one main activity during my trip, so that was awesome.

We loved the house. The owner was so attentive and got back to me immediately when I had a question. The pictures did not give justice to the actual house. It was so spacious and bright from the many windows in the open concept living area. We will be back for sure.
