Westside 3 BR + loft Overlooks Natural Bridges Beach. Great for Families!

The home was in a wonderful location and had more than enough room for us all. Very well appointed, comfortable, and all equipment easy to use. The frig and spice cabinet were well stocked so all one needed was to buy some groceries and you are set. Would definitely use this home again.

Everything about the house and environment, location, bikes, beach toys, even the style of the house, is set up for the best Westside Santa Cruz experience.

The house is better than advertised. It’s lovely and comfortable and clean. Being so close to the ocean is a huge plus. And we were able to cheer on triathletes as the house was located on the bike course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Spacious and well-maintained with a great view of Natural Bridges from the deck. Beach toys, towels, wagon, boogie boards and bicycles included. My family loves staying here every year.

We came up for the weekend for a company picnic. The house was roomy and clean. The note said everything you need is here you just cannot find it. The house had everything and more, including a bottle of wire. Thank you for a wonderful experience and memories

The 7 of us from 12-82 had a great 2 days. We took advantage of the beach in walking distance, the toys, chairs and amazing deck and grill. The kitchen is the most well appointed and stocked of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. And each room had kleenex. This is how you can tell a host cares about their guests.Very comfortable for our group!

Fabulous location, fabulous property, and the best equipped kitchen I've found in a VRBO property. Unfortunately it rained durning our stay so we could not take advantage of the great deck and yard.

This house was perfect in every way. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with everything we needed and had beautiful counters and very nice appliances. The entire home was clean and comfortable. My ten-year-old grandson loved having his own space in the loft where, in his words, he could “chill out.” The futon couch in one of the bedrooms turned into a bed which was perfect for the three-year-old, as his parents could sleep in the queen bed in the same room. The bedroom upstairs in the main living area was just far enough away that we, the grandparents, weren’t disturbed by the children when they woke up early. Nice touches were a wagon full of beach toys, games under the living room coffee table, and a lovely deck from which we could see the ocean and hear the waves. The location couldn’t have been better. We strolled along West Cliff Drive, walked to Natural Bridges State Park where we played on the beach and hiked some of the trails. Wilder Ranch was about five minutes away with additional trails. Restaurants and coffee houses were easily accessible. The host responded immediately to my questions and offered suggestions. He was wonderful! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back.

This is our 2nd time staying in this house, and it's been wonderful each time. It's a very nice space for a group of 7 of us, and the proximity to Natural Bridges SP and West Cliff Drive make it perfect for getting down to the beach and long walks along the coast. We spent the evening out on the front deck listening to the owl calls from across the street in the state park. Would recommend this place to others.

The home really handled our family needs for a wonderful vacation. Great experience.

We want to book again for next year! The location of this house is perfect. And the house had everything we needed. The loft was a little bit scary for my wild 2 year old grandson. But next year he will be better. We all had a perfect weekend !

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The deck and backyard provided extra places to hang out. The children loved the games and toys provided. The short walk to the beach gave us easy access to a lovely place for the children to play and the adults to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

This house has it all. Natural Bridges beach across the street, bicycles and beach stuff in the garage, fire pit in the back yard, deck, grill, beautiful sunsets. A perfect base camp for all-day excursions. Also a perfect place if you just want to hang around the house. The host is very responsive and takes good care of the place. Could not ask for more.

Bruce was an amazing host we called him a few times with questions and he was super helpful and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and as advertised. Unrelated to the quality of our host, our toddler had a an accident and ended up needing to go to the emergency room by ambulance and the quality of nurses and doctors at Dominican Hospital was amazing they were super attentive and helpful. It’s comforting to know there is good medical care in the area. Highly recommend this rental, it’s in the perfect area and excellent quality.

Perfect location!

This is a lovely, well appointed, clean, comfortable property in an awesome location. We truly enjoyed our stay! We came down for my niece's wedding. The property location was very handy for us for the entire time no matter what we had planned for the day. The property owner was very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz. The house is even better than described and has everything you would need for a beach get away. We enjoyed the deck, taking walks, bike rides and all the comforts. So much to do and see and it was wonderful to have such a great home to relax in and enjoy family time.

The description does not do the property justice! This is a fantastic neighborhood and everything you could want for a family vacation is available (bikes, helmets, boogie boards, etc). The property is very nice and clean. Host was very accommodating and available. Might be one of the best vacations we have ever had!
