Stayed Apr 25, 2024Beautiful, clean home with spectacular views of the Pacific. The 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and variety of indoor & outdoor common spaces made it perfect for a small family gathering. We enjoyed multiple walks along the ocean, and it was a quick drive to the Wharf, the Boardwalk, and other Santa Cruz tourist spots. Amanda, the property manager, was easily accessible and helpful. Highly recommend!

The home is gorgeous, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and shopping centers. Stayed Dec 22, 2023The family (6 adults and 2 children 11 and 14) thoroughly enjoyed the house and location for 4 nights, plus we had beautiful weather most of the time. The four bedrooms and baths were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and had good amenities, plus the 11 yr old chose to sleep on the couch next to the TV. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools for family meals together, and the dining table next to the windows was perfect to seat everyone and enjoy the sunrises/sets. West Cliff Drive was closed to all but local traffic, due to sea wall construction, so the loudest sounds were the crashing waves. Short people take note: The beds and microwave and some kitchen shelves are high, and a step-stool would help. Even so, we loved the place.

Stayed Oct 1, 2023This was our second stay. The home is comfortable and has a great location on West Cliff Drive. This home has bicycles, two sitting areas located on the deck, and a large backyard complete with a chairs and fire ring. So if you grow weary of the beautiful ocean views, you have other options, even ping-pong. Also, there are travel restrictions on West Cliff due to storm damage, but we found that due to there being much less vehicle traffic on West Cliff, the restrictions were somewhat beneficial and not a problem.

Stayed Sep 8, 2023Nice property with great views. Location is a nice walk to either town or Natural Bridges. They even provided bikes which was a fun alternative. We had a great time cheering on athletes participating in the 1/2 Ironman!

Stayed Aug 17, 2023It was privilege to stay at this wonderful house across the street from the Pacific ocean. First off, the house location is unbelievable. The ever-changing sky and ocean was a joy to watch from the kitchen and deck. You are close to everything and our family enjoyed borrowing the house’s bikes. The house is very roomy for a family to spread out and is very thoughtfully decorated and designed. You’ll love the spa-like experience in the master bath has a high window looking out to the Pacific in the shower. The host stocks the house with everything a guest could possibly need. I’ve read that description in other reviews but don’t think other houses can compare. Bug spray, band-aids, nice conditioner in every bathroom.... it seemed like the host has lived through trips of lost luggage and forgotten items is on mission to make sure their guests don’t suffer the same experience. Sorry our kids raided your toothbrush inventory before we realized what they are doing – they are all excited about their new colors. It’s a really special house and I whole-heartedly recommend it.

Stayed Aug 1, 2023My family had the most amazing time staying in this home! We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the wrap around deck, listening to the ocean waves, spotting sea lions! The house is equipped with everything you need to make the best of your time there and the property manager was super responsive and accommodating. My family did not want to leave! I highly recommend this home and hope that my family can stay there again!
