This is a gorgeous home and location, and we had a wonderful time. Everything was smooth from booking to arrival and for our entire stay. The house is well-appointed and the views are stunning. We watched sunrise and sunset, and enjoyed seeing birds and otters. We hope to return! We appreciated it all.

The view was amazing for our Thanksgiving holiday. We did not want to leave the kitchen. It was well stocked with plenty of baking and cooking going on, no problem.

Location is wonderful with ocean from views from the kitchen and v balcony. 4 bathrooms and bedrooms makes the house ideal for groups of friends or family.

We loved everything about this house. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were big, clean and well equipped, The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. the couches were comfortable. It was a great space for our family gathering.

The view is spectacular and the house is incredibly well outfitted. The house has everything a person needs to both cook and play. Amanda, the house manager, is very responsive. We had an amazing time and made many lovely memories. It was hard to leave.

Absolutely lovely location. The house and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The layout was ideal as each bedroom has privacy and each couple had their own bathroom. The mattresses were comfortable in every room. We were in town for our daughters wedding and the house was a perfect home base for our family.

For many years now, we have spent 2 weeks in Santa Cruz in the month of August. Never have we stayed in such an incredibly fantastic home! Every single detail was perfectly managed and maintained. I typically judge a place based on whether or not I wouldschedule a return visit. We have now found our favorite place in Santa Cruz and will return year after year! THANK YOU!

This beautiful home is exactly as advertised and sitting in the living room looking out at surfers and hearing the waves crash was amazing. We had a tremendous family vacation here and will definitely return. Also - the owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and kind.

This property is fantastic and extremely well kept. The kids had a great time playing ping pong, darts and pool. Any issues we had, the owners were on top of it immediately. We had a wonderful time.

A wonderful house for a relaxing family get-together. Loved our group meals with ocean views from all windows of the dining area. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped and modern. House was clean and well furnished. Top notch all the way. Highly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful home with an amazing view. We enjoyed long walks along the coast and seafood meals on the pier. The owners have gone above and beyond to make their guests comfortable.

This house exceeded our expectations -- clean, cozy, and very-well stocked. We appreciated all the original artwork, the oceanside location, the peace and quiet and plenty of room for our group of all different ages. We would come back to stay again.
