great place - want to keep it a secret

This is a comfortable house in a fun location right across from the beach and the path along the ocean. Our teens had a great time playing ping pong in the garage. It is a bit noisy due to the traffic on the street but worth it for the fun beach vibes. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is fantastic and very comfortable. The kitchen is totally well stocked including 3 different coffee makers……a Keurig, a French press, a Cuisinart and a coffee grinder. All 3 bedrooms have super comfortable king sized beds and pillows. The ocean view is incredible and there is an enclosed garden terrace that is beautifully landscaped where we had s’mores around the fire pit. The front of the property that overlooks the ocean is also landscaped. We received numerous compliments on the landscaping as we sat in the front yard admiring the ocean. There are 2 wood burning fireplaces and there was an ample supply of wood. The garage has a really super German made ping pong table. Needless to say, our granddaughter didn’t want to leave when it was time to head home, neither did her grandparents

By far the most well equipped vrbo we have been in. If you love to cook, you will find any and all utensils you will need. I can't think of anything I needed that this home did not have. Thank you for an amazing repeat vacation.

Beautiful house and perfect location in Santa Cruz. Hosts were great to work with. Easy check-in process with clear information. We traveled with our dogs. The enclosed patio was a lovely place to enjoy coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed walking with the dogs to the Cat and Cloud coffee on Swift Street and to the taco truck across the street. The teens enjoyed walking to Marianne’s ice cream in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed to cook several meals during our stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous and charming. The dogs enjoyed the walk to Mitchell’s Cove beach and playing on the sand. We would stay here again next time we visit Santa Cruz.

We booked this home to attend our daughter's college graduation after getting cancelled at the last minute by another owner. It was the most comfortable and easy rental experience that we have ever had. It is an older home and there are a few upgrades still needed, but it was an incredible location and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The front patio was great for morning coffee and people watching!

Matt was super friendly and greeted us on arrival. No problems at all with the stay. Only side note is if you sleep in the front bedroom, it is quite noisy in the mornings given the location. So if you have any hopes of trying to sleep in, bring ear plugs! (double-pane windows sure would be nice).Location was terrific!

Beautiful location, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything was extremely convenient couldn’t be better for a Santa Cruz experience. I would definitely stay there again.

We had the best long weekend. The view and location were unbeatable. The private courtyard was perfect for the kids and pup. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. The beds were extremely comfy, falling asleep to the ocean waves. We walked to the beach, the brewery, the park - everywhere!Host was super nice and accommodating at check in. We would love to come back!

Just the perfect size for a family of five.

We VRBO often and this is my favorite stay ever. Of course partly because Santa Cruz is awesome- but mostly because of this very lovely home. Charming beach front living, tide pools in evening, fires at night (thanks for the wood!), walks in west cliff drive every morning, amazing grounds- love the lit up tree in the front.we WILL be back!!

We can’t say enough about how much we appreciated the house, space, accessibility to walking ; the VIEW!!!!! Everything was perfect, the house is completely stocked with everything you need to host; comfy beds; lots of linens; and did I mention the views???? We loved having coffee/cocktails on front patio. We cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely time at this rental. We enjoyed strolling along West Cliff and walking to restaurants. Home was clean and spacious. Matt was great with being flexible for our check in and warmly welcoming us. Will absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed the location and walks along west cliff trail above the shoreline. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Some road noise on Friday evening but stopped at midnight. Very nice house. Will book it again.

beautiful home in a perfect location

We stayed with my 78yo mom, spouse and kids. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved just hanging in the living room playing games and enjoying the view. The only challenge was the height of the beds for my mom. The beds were comfy just *very* tall. Lots of pillows and extra blankets which was great. Best dinner of the stay was from Venus Spirits. It's a short walk with great food.

Perfect stay for our family of 4 and our dog. House is well appointed with all essentials cooking, paper products and soaps. Large bedrooms, outdoor bbq’s, beach chairs, boogie boards and ping pong table. Views are amazing and walking to all the beaches are easy. We brought our bikes and had endless rides!

We had a terrific week in Santa Cruz. The house was perfect for a family of 5 with a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable living room and dining area. We loved the location, directly across the street from the ocean. We loved taking long walks along the coast into Santa Cruz and to Natural Bridges State Park! Our hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Super comfortable, and well appointed, spot ideally located on West Cliff Drive. We enjoyed a wonderful 6 night stay, and everything was perfect for myself, husband, adult children and terrier pup! Would come back again in a minute!

Love this one story home across the street from ocean. We are returnees and plan to return next year. Clean, beautiful and has everything needed.
