West Yarmouth Home with Private Beach & Your Own Parking Spot

Jeanne and Seán were exceptional hosts! Their home contains all the “creature comforts” so that it truly feels like your home away from home! Additionally, the home was very spacious with two full bathrooms! The coastal/nautical themed decor was a very nice touch! We look forward to staying here again next year!

Great location and lots to do in the area. Plenty of brochures, great book to provide household details. Sean and Jeanne were very responsive to texts and questions. Loved the walk to the private beach.

Overall, this was a great location for beachfront access (private and public) and various local businesses, restaurants and attractions. I booked this for a family trip and it was perfectly suitable for a family of four to stay comfortably. Jeanne and Sean were easily reachable for questions about the ins and out of the property and surrounding areas. It definitely put me at ease knowing things could be addressed right away should there be a problem. We would definitely come back here again should it be available during the summer! It really made our experience at Cape Cod worth while.

From beginning to end Seàn & Jeanne’s home was the perfect summer getaway. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach, restaurants, golf courses, and antique shops. Sean & Jeanne quickly responded to any questions we had. The property was very clean and well appointed. We didnt use the private beach, but it looked small but nice, and parking is included. Outdoor shower was nice and handy, to get everyone ready more quickly. Overall, a very nice home away from home!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this home, the owners were helpful to us in every way. The location is great, right off Route 28 (although traffic is always an issue on 28 if you've going the Cape as long as I have), which make it easy to get to Hyannis or to Route 6 if you are heading to Orleans, Nauset Beach, Wellfleet etc. Overall, I would recommend this property to couples and couples with children, I believe they would be happy with this choice.

Perfectly charming home with so many options for relaxing, entertaining, activities and meals. Fully equipped kitchen with every imaginable appliance and tool, pots and pans and even supplies. TVs (Roku!) for cable or stream your own, including one in the master bedroom and a big one in the living room and another in the screened porch. BBQ available and ready for grilling. Breezy home with ice cold AC and lots of natural light. I could go on and on. The area is very central and close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and extra bedding, even the furniture was super comfortable. You’ll be glad you chose this property. Hosts are super nice. We had a great stay and saved lots of money by cooking and grilling. Local restaurants that the hosts provided menus were all high quality and affordable.

Very convenient place, practical in all aspects. All amenities new, location very good.
