Welcome to The Luxury Holiday House — our charming little hideaway tucked into the heart of the North Georgia mountains. The name is a playful nod to the classic Crocodile Dundee film — it’s the “shack in the woods” Mick takes his sweetheart to, and we thought it only fitting since our very first guest was a cowboy all the way from Australia.... and it did kind of start out as a shack in the woods!

Stayed Nov 25, 2025Adam's communication while we stayed was fantastic which was very welcoming. The house itself was a beautiful little studio cabin. The chickens/turkey were fun to see and they did not cause any disturbances at any point. It's a quiet stay with views of the mountains peeking through the trees. When my wife and I come back to Dahlonega we will definitely be staying here again.
