Beautiful spaces, responsive host, plenty of room for a large group

It was amazing all the way around! The hosts were wonderful, the property was gorgeous, and the location was very convenient and just 10 minutes or less to Dahlonega….LOVE!!!

Three Sisters Retreat was the perfect setting for our family Christmas celebration. With five families and six children, the home offered an impressive amount of space, comfort, and thoughtful design, allowing everyone to relax while still enjoying time together. The amenities provided something for every age, making it ideal for a multi-generational stay. The property felt truly special and magical during the holidays—an unforgettable experience. James and Tracy were outstanding hosts: gracious, attentive, and quick to assist with anything we needed. This retreat exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxury mountain getaway. We can’t wait to return!!!

GREAT place, awesome amenities, no corners cut. This is the bomb for a group to chill and relax together. Our large family with lots of babies had room to spread out and enjoy. Absolutely 5 stars!!

Our weekend at the Three Sisters Retreat was absolutely amazing! The house offered ample space for our entire group—10 adults and 9 children—and never once felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat together, relax, and enjoy time both indoors and outdoors.The outdoor space was a highlight for our family. The kids loved sipping hot chocolate by the fire and playing catch in the yard, making memories we’ll treasure for years. The location was perfect—just a few miles from Dahlonega, which made it easy for us to attend the Christmas parade and visit with Santa. It truly added a magical touch to our weekend.The bedrooms were exceptional, especially for families with young children. Having enough space to comfortably accommodate cribs made a huge difference and allowed everyone to rest well.Communication with the host was outstanding—responses were immediate, incredibly kind, and so helpful. You can truly feel how much care goes into ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.We travel together once a year, and this trip has already been ranked as one of our very best. We couldn’t recommend Three Sisters Retreat more highly and would absolutely love to return!

The property was beautiful and the houses were very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend! Tracy was very responsive and helped answer several questions that helped us prepare for the trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We also really appreciated the detailed directions provided for using all of the house’s perks—it made settling in easy. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.We stayed here while celebrating a friend’s birthday, and all of our guests were so impressed with the features and accommodations. It truly made the celebration extra special.Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again!

We had an amazing time at our 2025 Family Retreat. Both homes on the property had beautiful decor and amenities to suit every purpose for our trip. The Dizzy Donkey and the Tractor made for some memorable and photogenic moments. The hosts were indeed SUPER. Highly recommend this property for other families to enjoy!!

Stayed here with my wife, 7 kids, and 5 of the kids spouses/partners. Was very relaxing and a great spot to enjoy North Georgia. The Manor House (Cabin) was full of fun activities and perfect for the family; however, my wife and I stayed in the Overlook home and I love it so much. It is very open and I loved the design. Highly recommed!

It was our wedding weekend, us and our bridal party stayed at this home. We had the most amazing time! Comfy beds and spotless once we arrived!

We arrived at the property in complete awe of how beautiful the entire land and location was. It was exactly what the pictures portrayed. First off the cleaning crew did an amazing job with the turnover. The views of the mountains were just heaven and the rooms from the modern home and the rustic cabin home were so delightful to see the sunset and sunrise. We were able to catch both. The firepit was located just perfectly with an awesome setup. I will never forget this trip

We were blown away by this house! We were able to spread out and also gather together in multiple spaces. Watching the sunset was one of our favorite parts. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy for our big family dinners. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us.

This was the perfect place for our 10 person retreat for grad students. The property is beautiful, even better than the pictures and the hosts are so easy to work with. I look forward to booking again!

We celebrated my niece's wedding and were amazed with how beautiful the whole ceremony and reception. All the staff were so helpful and organized and the place was very nice with incredible mountain views.
