Lovely Arts & Crafts house tucked away in a quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for our visit to town to see family. It was super clean, has easy parking, plenty of space, and overall felt very inviting. I highly recommend!

This place is not fancy but very comfortable, clean and well-located. I recommend.

Great little house in SE Portland! The only thing I would suggest is adding some kind of shelving in the bathroom since the counter around the sink is quite small. Otherwise this place is amazing.

My Mother and I could not have been happier with this accommodation. We traveled to Portland for a visit with our lifelong friends and residents of the Tabor neighborhood. The location of this house made it a breeze to walk or take a very short drive to not only our friends’ house, but also Division shops and restaurants. This will be our go-to for future visits!

The owner was so pleasant and accommodating. The beds were comfy, lots of cozy blankets, and great shower pressure. Nice snacks and was well stocked with the essentials. Great stay for our family.

Ashley was a highly responsive host, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed staying at the property. Our only disappointment was not meeting Russel and Cheryl- the two crows they provide peanuts for!

The little touches really matter....good coffee, well stocked kitchen, doggy covers for couches, dog supplies...we'll definitely stay again next time in Portland!

Hosted a family get together, the home was so cozy and pretty. Everyone felt at home. There were two bunk beds that we didn't know where there in the kids room. My grandson kept gravitating to the cozy space. It was a little colder than I hoped so we didn't get to spend too much time in the back yard space, but it's very welcoming. Easy check in, big garbage cans (thank goodness). Lots of towels, and comfy blankets. I slept in the smaller room and the bed and bedding were great. The kitchen was very well equipped, including small appetizer dishes and spices. All in all a great place with responsive hosts. Thanks again for sharing your lovely space. My family had a great time. There's a small market less than two blocks away.

Tandem house was a convenient location for us to explore the city of Portland and the Columbia River Gorge. The house was comfortable and the listing is accurate. Ashley communicated well and made check in and check out very easy. The kitchen is well-stocked and the goodie basket provided by the hosts was a nice touch. The linens were good quality and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and a variety of pillows were provided.

Ashley was a great host! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Checkin was seamless and the property is great. Excellent location in a cute Portland neighborhood -- we especially enjoyed exploring Division Street. Lots of cute restaurants, a brewery, and wine shop all within easy access.

Property was in very good shape especially since it has been around for over 100 years. It was very well maintained. Items in the house worked better than I have seen in many of the newer homes.

We were in Portland for a wedding and couldn’t be happier to have chosen Tandem House for our group of five!! Ashley’s communication was outstanding and, before we even arrived, gave us a sense of the care and consideration she pours into hosting! Once we checked into the property, we were delighted to see how beautiful, charming, clean and well-stocked it was - Ashley truly goes above and beyond in her hospitality. We also enjoyed how well-situated Tandem House was with a beautifully walkable neighborhood.

The Tandem House was exactly what we were looking for - a nice, quiet, clean place to stay while we scoured the SE neighborhoods for our permanent Portland home. Access was easy, location was central to all the places we wanted to check out and when we were done for the day, could sit out in the back and relax. A magnetic shower curtain liner could help future guests not getting water on the bathroom floor - that's the only suggestion needed - we literally had everything we needed.There was no need to communicate with Ashley while we were there but that's b/c we were all squared up before we got there and the house had everything ready for us.If we need to go out for another visit before moving to Portland permanently, the Tandem House will be an option for our next stay. Thank you!!

Came to relax, shop, go to the zoo and just simply have no plans. We did just that, and this home was perfect for it. Centrally located, everything we had planned to do was within a 10-20 min drive. I did get a little anxious about parking at first because I drive a big SUV, but there was a driveway and instantly felt better :-) Loved all the children toys, my girls utilized all of them!

This is really a charming older home. It was a comfortable place for us to stay while visiting family and exploring Portland. The owners have really prepared their guests for all things the dog owner might need, including gear and treats. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Tandom house was perfect for our family. A very comfortable home that is VERY dog friendly!!! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner!! Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is perfect for walking dogs. Hosts are very responsive!!!

This house was charming and cute. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from restaurants or other places (not close to downtown just FYI). The owner was quick to respond to any messages. Check in was easy breezy. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Very thoughtful about things. Labeled things to make it easier to find.

Host was great with communication. House was really cute and had a great back yard space.

Excellent SE PDX location. Walk to Clinton Park and use the playground, dog friendly and relax. Walk to 50th and Division for many restaurants and coffee. Home is clean and bright, off street parking and even central AC which seems to becoming a must in Portland.

The house is absolutely adorable! So tastefully decorated and the beds and sheets were like sleeping on a cloud! Perfect size for our group of 6 adults and the keyless entry is so futuristic! I have never stayed in a rental home that had more kitchen supplies and utensils than even thought we’d need. It was stocked completely with spices and oils. Ashley was an amazing host! Very responsive with any and all questions. I’m giving this gem 10+ stars if I could! We’d definitely stay here again!
