Beautiful property. Set up as a duplex which worked for our families. Supplied with every kitchen equipment you could need and paper and cleaning supplies. Great front lawn for our soccer games. Very short walk to the beach

We have rented several homes on the Cape for our family vacation of 14. This home worked the best for us with a 2nd floor space to gather together. The bedrooms worked perfectly and the upstairs loft was a huge hit for the younger grandchildren

The house is located very close to Corporation Beach and was an easy walk. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint was that the bathrooms on one side of the house appeared to have not been cleaned (probably an omission), but I would recommend that a thorough check be made before the cleaning company leaves the house. Since we could not go into the house until 4PM (even though the house had been cleaned and vacated hours earlier), it was easier to clean ourselves than to report the problem and wait for a solution. c

Had a problem with the sprinklers going off during the early evening hours and notified the agent immediately. They responded quickly that they would look into it but never got back to us after their initial response. Poor service.

One thing to note, the oven thermostat on the B side doesn't work. It was off last year too. We were unable to bake anything in it.

This year was no different accept that there are 15 of us in total so we had a need to get a larger rental. This property was great! Plenty of room, a short walk to Corporation beach and close to several other places to eat, or shop. We enjoyed everything about it and would recommend it to anyone with a large family.
