This house had everything we could ask for for our family vacation!! Great location to beach, grocery stores, and restaurants! Lots of amenities. Kids loved the bikes and there were tons of beach chairs for our convenience!! Would definitely stay here again!!

I had a great experience here! The place was very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely appreciated the attention to cleanliness—it really made a difference. I’d happily stay here again.

Good house to accommodate a big group. Great location, near the beach, and we had access to the community pool. Easy check-in and check-out

The house has lots of room for visiting, activities, meals and prep, and sleeping. Some inside and outside maintenance (yard area was a mess and we had to clean it up), repairs (broken deck umbrella and ice maker, grill is a mess), and a periodic deep cleaning are needed and would make the property significantly more attractive. We loved the community pool, neighborhood is great.

Overall we were pretty satisfied with our rental! It’s a nice sized place, and the location is great. If staying here, Drifting Grounds for coffee, Morning Buns for breakfast pastries, and Giant are all really close by. If you stay here, be sure to bring along some basic necessities because what comes with the house isn’t enough for large groups, even for a short stay. (Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc.)

10 of us stayed there 6 adults and 4 kids. Overall a decent place to stay. The home was clean, and spacious. I would recommend.

When we got there the floors were sticky and left the bottoms of our feet dirty. We ended up mopping them ourselves and it solved the issue. The floors were also not properly vacuumed and furniture was not properly cleaned under. So we also vacuumed ourselves. Garbage from previous guests was left laying around outside, inside closets and also after further checking, under some of the beds. There was garbage under the refrigerator as well. The signs posted inside the house stated for guests to take garbage bins down to the curb on Sunday night for the trash company to pick up Monday morning. We took it all down and it sat there until Thursday night when someone finally picked it up. This caused ants to come and were a mess to deal with. The umbrella on the porch was broken which was a major inconvenience whenever we wanted to relax on the porch. It states on the webpage there is room for four vehicles, due to being able to have use of the garage. The garage was so cluttered we couldnt even fit one of our three vehicles in the garage and it had to be parked along the road. The property itself was nice and the home was beautiful. However, I would invest in a new cleaning company. I’m sure other people may not be as particular as my family, however, the garbage that was left throughout the back porch and underneath furniture was ridiculous. Again, our overall stay was not bad but it also was not great. We did not let it ruin our stay. We would not look into this property again and would probably try to book elsewhere just due to some of the issues mentioned.
