The property is amazing! Great room, very clean and centralto everything you can do on the cape. Mr Steinkrauss is also an excellent communicator and made sure to make our family feel as close to home as possible on the cape. 10/10, would stay again and i highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful spot with that northeastern feel to look very closely at this!

Quiet, great location just minutes from Mayflower Beach, great patio with firepit. One member had to work remotely a couple of days and the office space was perfect and private. Outdoor shower was a plus. Plenty of hot water.

Perfect week in Dennis! The home has more space than expected. Or son had to work remotely for a few days and the room off the kitchen was perfect with the desk area and door for privacy. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable with beautiful furniture and fire pit. Loved the outdoor shower!

We really enjoyed our stay in Dennis. The ranch is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all kinds of things. We went to Mayflower Beach and Cold Storage beach, we did a Hyannis Whale Watcher cruise, we took a Hy-Line Ferry to Nantucket, and we drove to Chatham and Provincetown. There are stores located not too far away, good restaurants (and Pizza Shark is great, if you want pizza), and it's a short walk to Ice Cream Smuggler.Inside, the house is in very good condition, has all the amenities (except a dishwasher, if that matters to you), has plenty of room for a small family (if kids can share a bedroom), was stocked with dishes, soap/detergent, etc, and had effective A/C split units. The master bedroom has its own half bath, which was quite useful. The backyard is also setup to hang out, grill, eat, etc.You do have to bring your own sheets, which wasn't a big deal. Blankets and pillows (not cases) were provided. The double-edge sword of pet friendly was that our fluffy hypoallergenic pup could stay with us, but our pet dander allergies were somewhat triggered.I have no real complaints and only minor suggestions. The bedframes moved and were kinda loud. I once woke up my daughter in the other room getting into my bed. Also, the little window over the shower could use some type of curtain. A woman would have to be 7' tall for anything to be seen, but my daughter still didn't like it being open. Again, these are minor. All-in-all, it was a great stay!

We stayed for the very busy cape week of July 4. Walter, the host, was very accommodating and flexible with our requested dates to stay. His communication was exceptional and even got into the home a few hours early. The location was perfect for us; close to Dennis beaches and our friends and family in Brewster. Would highly recommend and will definitely be interested in renting in the future. A location, house and host.

Nice comfortable house…close to beaches and dining….quiet neighborhood….very enjoyable

Listing and ratings were deceiving. House size was as described and good. Things that were listed as provided were not; towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Bedding was dirty, furniture dirty, we had to clean before using or sitting anywhere. May need an exterminator-a lot of bugs. Outside shower was filled with weeds and cobwebs.Closets were damp and musty. Spiders. Lots of rules, cameras poking towards outside shower, intrusive.

The house covered all the 3 C's. Clean, comfortable and close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and bike trails. - Great outdoor patio- Located on a nice quiet street- Communication with owner great. We are looking forward to future visits.

The house was perfect for our finaly of 5 in early spring. The outside seating is nice, no wind and sun.

We enjoyed our time - the home was clean, included all essentials, everything worked well and the owner was readily available to communicate. We hope to visit again in the future.

The home is maintained beautifully with lovely grounds. The extra room does have a door so works as a third bedroom.

We live in Massachusetts but were in need a short getaway, some beach time and hiking. The Cape is perfect for this. We found this location and the response to our requests as well got us off to a good start. The location was ideal. We got everywhere we wanted to go quickly. Once we realized (from the host) that Cold STorage Beach was around the corner, we were very happy. We spent a full day there - its amazing! We packed up after the sun went down. Ate at local eateries where the food was superb and allowed pets. Our sweet Milo fell asleep under the table everywhere we ate. The one thing I didn't notice in any descriptions of the property (I m ight have missed it) was one of our favorites features. A fabulous outdoor shower. Large spacious and amazing! It was great after a day at the beach. This is a great spot. The house has everything you need and more and knowing that the host would respond quickly is a great feeling anytime we rent.
