Very private with lovely views of the main channel, yet on a private cove. Swimming and boating off the private dock promises loads of summer fun! Large yard with swings for the kids.

Here for the fishing Perfect location! 3 minutes by boat to Kingston boat slips - and you can tie off your own boat at my dock. Anglers love the cove and I see large fish caught near my dock every week!

A shared private dock is perfect for anglers participating in fishing tourneys. The road distance is 3.4 miles from Kingston Gravel Pit Park boat ramp.

The home stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. A clean and well-stocked bathroom with shower completes the space.
