Gorgeous Lakefront Log Home w/ Pool & Boat Dock on 3 Fenced Acres! Dogs Welcomed

In town for a wedding and found this gem! Highly recommend for a large group instead of hotel rooms.

The week we spent on the property was so much fun and a perfect place to create memories! It was a little rainy but even rainy days were fun and filled with games, laughter, and love.

We live in Knoxville but booked this property for our family to stay for our daughter’s March wedding at the beautiful nearby Opal Oak Summit. It was the perfect location & we can’t express enough how kind the owners were. We had no issues whatsoever & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront property!

Property was awesome and as described. My crew and boss felt comfortable and Chris is an excellent host! Very accommodating and flexible.Would highly recommend!

Check-in was seamless. Super comfortable accommodations, well equipped. Really appreciated the large fenced yard for our active dog (Hungarian shepherd). The location is awesome too. Probably in our top 2 for vrbo stays. We'll be back!

The property was beautiful!! Driveway was a little daunting as it was completely covered with leaves. I walked up it clearing the edge as I went with my feet so we stayed off the lawn. My first task was to blow the driveway…thank god for the blower!!!View was gorgeous! House was beautiful but cold when we arrived(66) everything is automatic and Google run so we struggled a bit until we got ahold of the owner. All in all, we were very happy! As we said, it’s a beautiful house and location. The only downside was it felt like no one knew we were coming. Not very welcoming. Even the clocks had to be adjusted for the time change. I hate doing that in my own house, let alone a vacation home

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house on the lake! We are actually locals live less than 30 minutes away and was able to enjoy some much needed family time with extended family and do some fishing off the dock. If it is was warmer we would have had the kayaks out but maybe for a future stay! We also had a small get together for my parents 50th anniversary (immediate family only) this home provided the most beautiful back drop The property owner was amazing to deal with.

The property was as described. It was very nice. We were very happy with it. Everything you could think of was supplied, other than our food. We ended up not bringing family dogs, but they would have loved it. Great stay!

You couldn't ask for more from a family vacation spot. This place has it all. The kids spent hours in the pool and we were able to visit lots of great places all within a reasonable drive with little ones.

This house was even more than we expected. It was Roomy so each family had their own space. we enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the screened in porch facing the lake for coffee each morning! The weather was 100% perfect to use the pool every day and the boys loved fishing off the dock. The Fenced in LARGE yard was perfect for our dogs to explore. We would definitely love to come back! It is a hidden gem in an area that is nice and peaceful!

Wonderful week spent with my husband, son, daughter, son in law and their dog. We rented a pontoon from Caney creek marina and spent the week boating, fishing, swimming and playing games.

Everything was as described and made for a nice weekend getaway. Pup loved running around outside. If you go in the spring bring some allergy meds as pollen is everywhere (for both humans and pups!). I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful house on the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Tons of activities to do. Would definitely recommend and come back to in the future

This is a great vacation house. The views are fantastic, the house is well cared for. My family had a great time here and we will be back.

This place over exceeded our expectations in every way, but I must say the host was the most impressive I've ever encountered. The hospitality was unreal and the prompt attention was just something you don't see these days. I can stress enough how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this place is. The fishing was like catching blue gills but 15lb cats. I can't say enough how great!!!!! A must stay

This home is wonderful and the views/property simply beautiful.Each one of our children want to return when we visit next.

Amazing spot. We rented in December, and while it would be incredible in the summer months, it was still terrific. Great for families with young children.

Beautiful cabin home on the lake. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. We relaxed and enjoyed spending time together.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect setting to enjoy time with family. Beautiful home and beautiful property.

Amazing property, house, and host!

Very beautiful home, awsome yard, just a great place to spend time with the family.

Communication was miserable!!! Contacted owner to discuss using for rehearsal dinner and wanted to rent for 4 nights. Was told that the property would be reserved for those nights and we would meet with owner. When we checked later 2 nights were blocked but we could not get a reply from owner. We booked the other 2 nights online and continued to try and contact owner. Come to find out the property was rented to someone else on the night of my sons wedding and the night after. We kept the first 2 nights and had to stay in a motel the night of my sons wedding. VRBO was very nice and let us have additional nights before our scheduled time but the contact with the owner was horrible. I would stay here again but I wouldn't count on communicating anything with the owner.

Spacious and lots of amenities. Screen porch was fantastic.

We really enjoyed staying at the property. This was the most furnished rental we have ever stayed at. The listing and photos were just as promised. Chris was great to respond to our questions. We would stay here again

Great week at this vacation home for a family with 3 generations. Plenty of room for all; kitchen was adequately stocked, beds were comfortable, screened porch provided a beautiful spot to start and end the day, and the pool was a huge hit. Highly recommend!
