Water's Edge - Amazing Sunset Views and Short Walk to the Beach.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed. Close to the beach. Kitchen stocked with all you would need to cook and entertain. View is spectacular of intercostal waterways.. Loved the outdoor shower. Pool was perfect for our family and enjoyed daily swims and hanging out. I would recommend upgrading the tv (Westinghouse) in the living room and going to a universal remote. TV definition and sound marginal at best. An upgrade to internet for better downloading performance (especially when streaming ) is a must.

We have been visiting IOP for several years and this was definitely the cleanest house we’ve had. The space is really nice and the bedrooms are large. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! House was large, clean, and cozy, and provided for all our needs. Loved the view from the living room and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Charleston. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our family vacation! We had a few maintenance issues but the host was responsive and fixed all of the issues in a timely manner. The only negative as was mentioned in prior reviews is a short walk to the beach on a busy road with no sidewalk.

Beautiful and spacious house. Large bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. We enjoyed the balconies ,viewing decks and pool area at different times of the day. A quick walk to beach allowed us to come and go often. With several restaurants near by, made it a perfect vacation place.

The house was perfect for our family! The rooms were all co-ordinated and nicely decorated .There was plenty of room for the 2 yr old to run around without getting into too much trouble. The house was well located for dining and and an easy walk to the beach. The elevator was an added bonus. The host were very responsive when we needed them. We had a great time and can’t wait to return!

Tropical Storm Debby came annd stayed a few days but didn’t stop us from enjoying the ocean! This property has great open spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. Super clean. Beautifully decorated. Great views. Plenty of cold storage (2 refrigerators). Pool was a plus. Even on rainy days! Kids don’t mind! A couple of appliances Could use an update. Katrina answered all questions and responded immediately. It is a busier than expected road out front but doable. We even had parking for a cart. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was lovely and very well equipped. The marsh views were stunning! We did ha e difficulty getting in with the provided door codes. The elevator was not working on check in, which made getting luggage to the third floor difficult. The owners were very responsive, and things were fixed quickly. All in all, it was a beautiful week!

This property is very nice and very roomy. We had 6 six adults, 2 pre teens, 2 six year olds and a 2 year old. Lots of room for the kids to run and play. Also, big bedrooms for them to get away from the other kids. Nice pool and sitting area next to it. Wish they had more large skillets to cook in with the number of people able to stay at the house.

Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Served our family well. Very nice pool setting. Used it a lot. Had a little issue with the pool which manager responded to quickly and took care of. Marsh view was good. Really enjoyed the upper deck/roof in the evenings around sunset. Enough breeze to be comfortable and enjoy the sunset. 5 minute walk to the beach. Bring a wagon to haul little children/gear to the beach. You are along the main road on IOP for a tenth of a mile, so want to be able to watch the kids. Really enjoyed our week.

We had a phenomenal visit and loved everything about this house. More than enough room to accommodate our family of 11 (4 kids, 7 adults). Fabulous pool and great location. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been renting places in IOP for a decade and this has been my favorite.

We have been visiting Isle of Palms for the past 5 years and this was our favorite stay so far. The house was extremely clean and the location is great. Absolutely amazing view.
