Waterfront Paradise with NEW Jacuzzi Spa!

Great place. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. Great hot tub! Amazing views of the lake. Host was amazing. She gave clear directions and was easy to reach.

This is an awesome property with great amenities and I love that you can literally walk out the door and be on the lake. The hot tub was amazing and it's very close to local shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway!

We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Totally positive experiences. 5 stars

We enjoyed staying at this lakeside home for the week. We enjoyed the lake views and easy access to nearby downtown Canandaigua. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking at home most nights. Overall we would recommend this home for its location and lake views/access.

The house never fails to disappoint, no matter the season. It is my absolute favorite getaway each year for as many times as I can get there. Sitting inches from the water with a fire going when the weather is beautiful, or sitting on the porch when it is raining, it doesn’t get any more beautiful than this house. Thanks again Dawn… I already can’t wait to get back up there again!

This was our 4th stay at Dawn's place. The listing is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and easy. Great location - right on the lake with the bonus hot tub. 10 minutes to downtown Canandaigua. We look forward to returning next summer!

You can't beat the views at this lake house, we commented that it was almost like being on a houseboat. It was super hot but down by the water in the shade of the umbrella, there was a nice breeze and the water was refreshing. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Great stay.

Great place for a family! Kids have so much to do and parents have relaxing spots! Loved it.

This was my seventh or eighth time staying here, and for me there is no better getaway on earth. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise while still laying in bed makes it worth it to get up super early even if it is vacation. The town is a short drive with plenty of amazing places to eat. The house itself is great, it is incredible sitting by the lake fishing during the day and with a fire at night, or in the screened in porch lake side if it is raining. Plus it is always nice chatting with the owner Dawn once or twice a year… I only wish I could get up there more! Thanks again Dawn… Hope to make it up there again in the fall

View of the lake from each of the outdoor spaces were gorgeous. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. House had everything we needed. Owner communicated with us well and we overall had a great time! Shower placement is interesting with the bathroom between the two bedrooms but we made it work. Would rent again!

This is mine and my family’s 2nd time at this lake house, and once again it was a great trip! The property being right on beautiful Canandaigua Lake is awesome . Last time we visited it was October and we didn’t get a chance to get in the water, but this time we were able to swim in the crystal clear water and kayak a few times (bring your life vests)! Accessibility to the finger lakes wineries is great, and one of the hosts, Dawn, is super communicative and made checkin and stay a breeze. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend!
