Stayed May 30, 2025Very clean nice home. Excellent family room off kitchen (with nice electric fireplace). Comfortable living room too (with huge tv). Great kitchen with excellent stove/oven. Nice dining room. Narrow steep stairs to 2nd floor sleeping area. Bedrooms a bit dark. Comfortable beds. Bathroom on 2nd floor has nice shower with good pressure, but tricky to learn how to turn it on (pull and twist aerator in tub nozzle). Overall great value and wonderful place for 6-8 people. Back door (same code as front door) convenient for entry from driveway.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024The house was great. I came from Florida and other family members from Maryland to see the solar eclipse. Unfortunately, the cloud cover made it impossible to see the main event. Otherwise a good family get together.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Awesome house with some character. Great park next door for any age kids, basketball and skate board park. I grew up in Canandaigua and it was great to walk around downtown. Fantastic places to eat out if you like. And the Ice Cream :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Paul

Stayed Jun 9, 2023We stayed at this location for a weekend wedding. It was very charming and the photos are accurate. If you appreciate history and old world charm you will love this place. It was extremely clean and the host was excellent. I have never been to this part of New York State and I was so glad to see and experience it. We will return and I would definitely rebook at this location.
