Our newly remodeled home is on a great canal located on a corner lot with plenty of privacy but best of all, immediate access to the water. Dock your boat at our private dock and stay in our cozy home that consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. Use our fish cleaning station to clean your freshly caught fish and bring it straight to the grill for dinner. Enjoy the evening in the hammock by the fire pit. We are only one mile away from the public boat

Stayed Jan 29, 2026This was such a great vacation spot. The hosts are so nice and communicated with us very well. The place is immaculate, and has everything you will need. They had a great selection of coffee available which was much appreciated. You will need a car, as this place is a short drive to town and to Three Sisters Springs. We saw lots of manatees, and had a great time.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025This is a great little place. Close to downtown/ Three Sisters/Homosassa State Park, yet in a private, seemingly remote area. Home was very comfortable and anything you could possibly want was provided by the host. Check in/out was easy and hosts were very responsive. I appreciate their ability to accommodate us on such short notice as well. We would definitely return on a future trip.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Our stay was wonderful! A family vacation home built with love to share with your family. We enjoyed our stay . We felt comfortable and had all the amenities that you would have at home . The house is on the water and it is convenient to pull your boat there and enjoy the grill and fishing off the soak with our grandchildren. The house is located on a quiet street in a subdivision and felt safe there. Thank you will definitely book again

Stayed Jun 18, 2025A great getaway with family and friends. Had fun at Shell Island, offshore fishing for Mangrove Snapper and the springs. The home was lovely and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Owner was awesome and we hope we can return for more fishing in the winter. There dock was awesome and fit our 27' boat perfect. Fish cleaning station great as well. Thanks again!
