Waterfront Home Located near Ark, Reds and Bengals. Newly Renovated.

Dee is a fantastic host and the stay is fantastic I recommend it highly!!! The lake is lovely and the area is gorgeous. Close enough to major attractions but also hidden away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Dee provided a sweet treat and even allowed a later departure. All in all it was a pleasant weekend by the lake.

Overall our stay was great... my husband & I celebrated our wedding anniversary & Dee surprised us with a cake & a bottle of mimosas in the fridge on our arrival. Dee is a awesome host & I can't express enough how pleasant it was to have such a great host! The only thing that the husband & I didn't care for was the neighbors yard/junk being in our view from the back of the house deck looking out to the lake. They were friendly neighbors, but it was a eye sore looking out to a scenic view of the lake seeing all their junk in the back yard of the lakehouse.

The lake house was perfect. Clean and well decorated. The host Dee was very good and communicated.

Exactly what we needed! As listed. Dee left no detail out. Stocked Kitchen and everything we needed to enjoy camp fires, kayaking and fishing. We didn’t have to leave. Very friendly neighbor!

Host very kind, communicative, and wonderful. House was fair/average. Pictures are deceiving as lot is very steep and on a diagonal, so neighbor’s property extended behind this house and felt like he was in our yard. Neighborhood was very unappealing.

Clean, cozy, lakeside home with a beautiful view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting both the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. We enjoyed sitting by the lake watching fish jump & turtles swimming. Next time we’ll pack appropriate attire to use the kayaks.Dee was an amazing host and a great communicator. She was always quick to respond to inquiries before, during, & after our stay.

Enjoyed our stay in this very clean, well appointed, comfortable lake house, for a week. Used the provided kayaks daily! and had lovely evenings on the deck!

We absolutely loved the house and grounds. It looks like it’s been completely renovated recently. Good quality appliances and cooking equipment. Everything we forgot to take they had available at the house. My husband loved the fishing (the dock is on the property). The neighbor came by and introduced himself. He was very friendly and even took us out on his boat. We loved our time there and really hated to leave. Hoping to return some day.

Very cozy, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This place has a beautiful view off the back deck and the owner provides everything needed to enjoy time on the water. From fishing gear to kayaks and life jackets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.Owner was very responsive and even left us a small tote bag as a gift. Overall we had the best time staying in this home.

Just a short end of summer getaway forte family. Great check in process. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and activities. The house was extremely clean. Kitchen was nice - all cooking utensils were there. Grounds were well kept. Kayaks were great, with life jackets for everyone. TVs in every room. Fire pit was safe and in the perfect spot. We even made a new friend in the neighbors cat , Pearl, that came to visit everyday! Beautiful views of the lake!

We loved the water access and kayaks and deck with fire pit to enjoy at night.

This was one of our favorite stays! The house is very tidy and cozy. The host is absolutely amazing! The neighbors were friendly and everyone out on the lake. If your looking for a weekend getaway on a beautiful lake.. BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Its perfect for families and my kids made life long memories!! Perfect sunsets on the water and they have plenty of fishing poles already! We will be back next year!!

We all enjoyed our time very much. The house supplied our every need. We loved kayaking and fishing off the dock. The nice neighbor next door even brought us a bucket of worms. The location is awesome for visiting the Ark and the Creation museum. We thank you Dee for being a lovely host!

Very cute cottage & stay. Our group was one adult w/3 teens, and it was perfect for our needs while we visited Ark & Creation Museum for a conference - great location roughly halfway btwn both. On our down day, the kids loved the corn hole and kayaking! Living room fit our four comfortably for evening chats, large table gave us room for board games, deck was nice for me in the evenings. Property is as described and wonderful, thoughtful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The home was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely beautiful—right on a peaceful lake. Our whole family of 6, loved kayaking together and fishing off the pier, making some great memories. Best of all, it’s very close to the Ark Encounter, which made it super convenient. If you’re planning to visit the area, this is the perfect spot to stay!

Was a nice little house. Had plenty of accommodations and Dee was great to communicate with and answer questions. Highly recommend.

Only problem we found was picture don’t show that the downstairs and main floor are not accessible in house. Other than that the stay was nice. We loved the kayaks.

We had a great stay. Beautiful place. So well done inside. All amenities provided. It Was a little bit tight quarters for the 6 of us. But we made the most of it spent lots of time outside and exploring the area.

My family fully enjoyed everything this lake house has to offer. Highlights for us included the kayaks, the griddle on the back deck, the cornhole boards, the firepit, the dock, the golden tee arcade in the basement, and the super clean and updated interior. Thanks Dee for making it such a great space!
