2 senior couples visiting Ark Encounter and Creation Museum….conveniently located between the 2 attractions and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and basically anything you need to prepare a meal. We used the washer and dryer and packed clean clothes for the return home. Spacious and very clean. We stayed in 2 of the 3 bedrooms on upper level with no accessibility issues. There was a lower level which we did not use. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice plenty of room. Our group was a little bit older so the step up into the house, the steep staircase to the basement and at the bottom of the staircase the step down into the living area and the entertainment room were a bit of a problem. Some watch your step signs would be helpful. Matt responded promptly to any questions. Overall we enjoyed the stay

We took our family on a trip to visit both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The location and accommodations were fantastic! The kitchen was fully stocked, and both the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kids loved having their own space downstairs, including the ping-pong table and hot tub. The owner responded quickly if we had any needs or questions.

We stayed 3 nights for a girls getaway. The house was beautifully furnished and just as pictured. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable there. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of eight stayed here to visit the Ark. The place feels so big because of the two levels. Everyone had all the room they needed and more for sleeping and for their belongings. The kids loved the hot tub and developed a new obsession with ping-pong. We found everything to be well appointed; kitchen and bath items were better stocked than your typical Vrbo. I personally appreciated the double-sided coffee pot because my family brought ground coffee I didn’t like but I was able to make pods whenever I wanted! I would have loved a toddler stepstool for the bathroom. The area and neighborhood are nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was right between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Science museum so it was very convenient. The size of the house was great because we had one family (5 people) upstairs and Grandpa and Grandma downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the sound transfer was great, although the kids were in bed early so maybe not an accurate statement for everyone. The place itself was good. The kids enjoyed the hot tub as it wasn't too hot. We had to buy ping pong balls (we left them for the next people) and the paddles are pretty rough. Son in law is a builder which came in handy to fix little issues with loose doors and other minor issues. The place obviously gets a lot of people through but was still not bad. We would stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and true to the ad. 15 min to the Ark and about 30 to the Creation museum. Lots of places to eat with in 10-15 min away. Every this was wonderful. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. Will defiantly use again.

Clean home and quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to Ark, wineries and bourbon distilleries. Close enough to visit Cincinnati and nice to have common space to visit with friends vs staying in multiple hotel rooms.

We booked this house in order to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was perfectly situated between the two, an easy drive to each. The house was great for 6 people. The back deck was nice and relaxing, too. I recommend!

House is nice and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. Was not able to use the hot tub. I reported the dirty hot tub. They came to clean it the next morning bur the chemicals were so strong after the cleaning it was still unusable. Shower curtains were dirty and we killed 6 ants. Unknown where they were coming from. I would stay here again since these issues did not affect our stay. Overall this is a nice place.
