This home was the perfect place for us to get away with close friends for a little getaway between Christmas and New Years. The living space is cozy with a great fireplace and breath taking private view of the lake. Fit our group of 4 adults well, but could be a tight fit for a larger group. The property lends itself to privacy and the beach felt like our very own. We walked on the beach in coats and hats and could walk for miles. We even bundled up and sat around the outdoor gas fire pit! Overall, this is an excellent and very comfortable vacation rental. We would definitely consider staying again.

Sitting around the gas fire pit while we took in the stunning view of Lake Michigan was the perfect way to wind down the day. Would definitely stay here again!

It felt like having a piece of Lake Michigan in your backyard, just beautiful unobstructed view, waves crashing, just idyllic. We loved it so much we are now interested in finding a permanent home there.

House was beautiful. The highlight obviously being the private lakefront location. We loved playing in the lake each day. Rarely saw anyone except an occasional kayaker. House was comfy and functional. Only downsides for us were lack of blinds or curtains. If you're hoping to sleep in or that your kids will, this will be an issue. Views were beautiful though. We could have used more towels too. I've never had a restricted number in any other vrbo and it was a struggle as the girls needed towels for both hair and body. We used beach towels instead which worked fine. Enjoyed our stay. Location was great for us as we like space and privacy. Very close to town and easy access to 31.
