Bluewater Cottage on Lake Michigan !!

Our group was 3 guys on a golf weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. Although the weather was bad, you can see that it would be a great place for a family in the summer.

Great place for a family to enjoy the attractions of Charlevoix. Lovely deck to hang out on!

Excellent host-beautiful place!

The property was ready for our arrival and the host sent clear instructions to help us upon our arrival! He also had some wood and a fire starter log waiting to help with our first fire!

The house was very nice and clean. The view of the lake was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Second visit to property. Enjoyed very much both times! Clean and well appointed. Great views of the lake from multiple rooms. Quiet neighborhood and quick access to downtown Charlevoix.

We loved our stay and didn't really explore much because the view was spectacular! I wasn't ready to leave.The beds and pillows were super comfy. The bathrooms were great and stocked as well as the kitchen. They provided everything and more! I would definitely come back again! The fire pit by the water was nice and relaxing. Don't forget marshmallows for roasting. Lawn chairs are provided but if you want more of a lounge chair by the beach you may want to bring those. Thank you to Bill for his friendly and quick communication and for sharing his slice of heaven with us!

Traveled as a couple, stayed three nights. A blip with the AC when we arrived during an unusual heat wave, but Bill was very responsive and got someone out quickly. (I don’t know if it was fixed as the temp dropped 30 degrees that night and it was a non issue!) The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed, very thoughtful to leave fire starter logs and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The common area was very nice, big comfy couch, fireplace, nice tv, etc. The views out all of the front windows of Lake Michigan were beautiful, peaceful and serene! Beds, linens, etc were all very comfortable. Good location near to town, all in all a lovely little up north cottage!

This house is lovely. Everything was clean an above standard. Kitchen was so well equipped. The view! Beautiful to fall asleep looking at the lake and to wake up to an amazing sunrise in the morning. Can't wait to go back.

Great location, well-stocked, comfortable home in lovely Boulder Park neighborhood. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Quick drive or easy walk to downtown Charlevoix. We love staying here.

Enjoyed the site. Wonderful lake views. Very clean. Close to all the XC skiing we wanted to do. And, very close to downtown.

This is our third trip to this house and it was great as usual. It was arctic cold outside and it still was warm and comfortable with the fire going (and without) throughout the house.

This is the 5th time we’ve rented BlueWater Cottage and have spent several years ringing in the new year here...we love the house, location and proximity to downtown Charlevoix, Boyne and surrounding areas! We always appreciate the accommodations and enjoy cozy fires and the beautiful views of Lake Michigan. A very special place for us with many memories made.

Nice location

Our stay was wonderful! Attention to detail was well thought out and it shows that the owner really cares about their guests. We brought more than we needed. We even brought our own coffee maker and certainly didn't need it or our toiletries, games, spices, laundry detergent, etc. detergent, etc. Great location and view!anview.

Great home! The owners were very responsive and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pebble beach and had multiple eagle sightings.

The location and views were fantastic! The house was supplied with everything you could need. Loved the big thick beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood close to town and the beach. Owner very responsive. Looking forward to next visit!

Loved, loved, loved it! Bluewater Cottage is fantastic - great view, great location, beautiful home. Very clean, well stocked, it's even better than the photos. Plenty of room for our party of 5. Bill was very responsive to questions. We would love to stay again.
