Watercolor is a traditional, cozy beachfront home waiting to greet you with the sun's pastel morning colors and bid you goodnight with vivid sunsets and a star-filled sky. The house features Brazilian hardwood floors, stylish shiplap and an abundance of natural light.

The first floor features a bright vaulted living space anchored by a custom fireplace and sided by a wall of beach-facing sliding doors. It flows into the handsome dining area that easily accommodates ten and provides a wet bar. The nearby multi-chef kitchen boasts a sizeable island with plenty of prep room and breakfast bar seating as well as high-end stainless appliances, well-stocked kitchen necessities, custom cabinetry, and granite counters. Enjoy making and savoring meals here or step out onto the covered porch where you'll find not only a hot tub and rocking and lounging chairs, but also a deck with a teak dining set and grill. From here, a private boardwalk leads onto the beach and into the ocean.

Back inside, a large, first floor, built-in library offers many books and movies. (Games and puzzles for all ages can be found on the upper level.) A Queen bedroom offers a walk-in closet and has a tiled bath, with a large walk-in shower, just outside its door. Across the hall, a Queen Suite, with a California closet and full bath (with a soaking tub) grants private access to the home's back porch.

Upstairs, a loft with skylights is furnished with two extra-long Twin beds, each with a trundle. While these Twins are ample for an adult, this area's conversation/ TV space makes it an ideal spot for kids. Beyond, the Owner's Suite dazzles with panoramic views from inside or out on its private porch. The master suite features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, granite vanities and a sea glass tile bench shower with rain shower head and wand.

Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately and are strongly encouraged to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules.
