The house had everything we needed. Great location in Palmilla with all the amenities convenient for your vacation.

We thought the space was great for a family of 3. Home lacked a little on cleanliness and smelled like cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 plus my sister and her daughter. We loved that the kitchen is downstairs which is hard to find in some homes. The view of the pond is nice. The game room was a hit with the kids! They also liked walking around the pond. All TVs are smart TVs so it made it easy for the kids to watch their shows. The home had everything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hello, Our stay here at the resort was both a treat and sort of a thorn. The home is beautiful, clean and truly perfect. The address was a bit of a headache to find via GPS(as it does pull it up) . We did call the customer service number which yielded the same results that we had already found. The property managers covered all of our needs. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the awesome outdoor space provided on the back balconies as the mosquitos were overly plentiful. We would definitely book again as the area was quiet, reserved and travel friendly. I do wish that check out wasnt so early and check in wasn't so late. Over all. It's a beautiful and close enough escape from reality. I simply wanted to be both honest and fair to the property owners.

My kids absolutely loved the converted game room, how cool! House had every single thing we needed in the kitchen. I was also pleased to see they left us soaps for washer, extra trash bags and even brand new sponges and cleaning towels etc. everything was very thoughtful. Tons of extra blankets and pillows. We cannot wait to rebook this house!

We loved everything about this house! It was very clean upon arrival. We loved having dinner on the back patio and having our morning coffee on the balcony! This house is located next to the main road but it did not bother us. I loved that it was the corner lot bc it felt more “private”. We will definitely be returning to this house if it’s available in the future!!

We stayed here with our two year old on. It was extremely kid friendly and he loved the games they had in the garage. The view from out back was lovely. There is a road nearby as others have stated but it isn't that loud and we brought our sons sound machine so you couldn't hear anything. I would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean and provided all the necessary equipment for our stay (including soap and shampoo/conditioner). The outdoor furniture was so dirty, though, that we were not able to sit outside and use it. The house is in a quiet area of the resort; however, it is right next to the road, so you do hear the cars and see their lights at night. The car noise doesn’t bother our family, so it wasn’t a big deal. There were no small wash rags as far as I could find, but they did provide one-time use face wipes. Our kids loved the bunk room with kids shows on the tv. We did not use the game room, but I’m sure it would be great for older kids. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean, roomy and conveniently located near beach access. And bonus for families with kids = a small ‘game room’.

This place would have been 5 stars all the way but I found blood stains on a pillow sham upon arrival. The place was great for a weekend getaway. Even the adult children enjoyed the game room.
