We had a great stay. The town house worked great for my wife and I. We also had our sone and his family with us and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay in the marina at New Bern. The place was beautifully decorated and very well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The view was simply stunning — the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the classic records and CDs ready to play, to the warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. A wonderful blend of comfort, charm, and style. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean and functional.

A group of girl friends went for our annual trip and had a blast. Very peaceful marina that you could sit on the balconies to view activities.Shirt drive to downtown New Bern was great. Enjoyed the Blueberry Festival while we were there too.House and hosts were great!

This was the perfect property to accommodate children, teens, and adults during our stay in New Bern to visit family. We had so much fun hanging out with our family and playing games, exploring New Bern, and visiting the beach that we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the community center and pool. Something to look forward to in the further! Your home was just what we needed.

my sons and i stayed here to celebrate my mum’s (who lives in the neighborhood) birthday. the home is very comfortable, with three full bathrooms that are all well-supplied with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and other necessities. starter supplies of coffee etc were there as well as a kitchen fully stocked with essentials for cooking. the views of the marina are lovely. terri and david were excellent communicators (better than i am bc i missed two of their messages). if you are staying in the fairfield harbor area, i highly recommend this home.

Condo was perfect for our getaway. Beautiful location and view of Marina. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the added touch of music CD player and album player. Hosts responded right away to a request. Will be back next family gathering.

We were in this area for a regatta at Blackbeard Sailing Club. This was our 3rd stay in Fairfield Harbor and it was the nicest property so far. It was well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. We love boats, so the view was across the Marina was perfect. The hosts quickly responded to any questions I had, so they were very easy to deal with. However, this would not be a good place to stay for anyone with mobility issues. Like many coastal rentals the property is accessed via a set of stairs going up to the 2nd level and then the 2 queen bedrooms are on the 3rd level. The twin bunks are on the 2nd level but there is no dresser or closet in this bedroom. This wasn't an issue for us but it is something you might need to know.

Quick weekend trip with the family so I could do some fishing... Awesome spot right by the marina. Beautiful views.... We will be back 10 out of 10. You will like it

We had a grea time despite the consistant rain. Our hosts were very helpful. The accommodations were perfect for us. We spent a lot of time in the gym. We love New Bern. It was a great stay and it is on our list of top vacations deapite the weather.

This was a nice home to stay in for our holiday away. It was clean, activities on-premise, and close to shopping & places to eat. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets with a great view of the marina. They were very helpful in providing recommendations (BreakDay Charters, Kayaking, food, beach, trails, etc.). Thank you for the ideas and sharing your home!
