The Cozy Bear Bungalow

The house was perfect, so cute, & we loved the layout. We enjoyed watching Indiana win the Championship in the family room, so comfy! The house is well stocked, & the coffee station is great. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Host was welcoming and has the cabinets labeled. Just couldn't find an extra set of hseets for the person sleeping on the sofa

This house was perfect for our trip to New Bern. We had 6 staying at the house and then family nearby coming in to visit and have dinner (able to have a Thanksgiving dinner!). Awesome space to accommodate us…and the kitchen is fully equipped. The backyard games are fun; parking was readily available. Good location- grocery stores 2 miles away. And Amanda is a lovely host…left a bowl of snacks and a well stocked coffee bar.

Owner has thought of everything. Definitely will stay here again when in the area.

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to New Bern. We were less than 10 minutes from downtown. The house had everything you could possibly need for a quick trip or a long stay. Check-in was a breeze, the property was clean and organized, and there was plenty of room for us to lounge around. We all agreed that we had wished we could stay longer. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I go to New Bern.

We loved staying at this house! The neighborhood is quiet. The house is very clean and comfortable. It was super easy to find everything we needed in the kitchen because the drawers and cabinets were labeled. We didn't have time to use the backyard fire pit but that would be great to use in the fall or winter. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

This property should be used as an example of what a VRBO property should be like when hosting guests! It was awesome, a place that I would love to own.

From start to finish Amanda made my stay pleasant. Check in was easy. She replied to all my messages promptly. She had a basket of treats. Place was clean and smelled wonderful. WiFi information and checkout instructions were easy to find and stylish. This home had all the perfect touches.

Property was clean, spacious and very well appointed. Impressed with ease of use and attention to detail. A quiet family friendly neighborhood.

This Property was better than I could have hoped for. from the moment we pulled into the driveway we felt like it was a home away from home. we opened the door to the house and it smelled so clean and it was so welcoming. The hosts left us a welcome basked with a welcome card and it just really made us feel like we were guests instead of customers. the kitchen was full stocked with pots and pans and even spices and baking necessities. the beds were soft and extremely comfortable. but what really made it great was Netflix and Disney plus was already signed into so that after a long day at the beach we could relax and watch a show before calling it a night. I would absolutely say here again and plan on it!
